The location was perfect, the large expanse of grass, and direct river access was brilliant for kids. It was also nice and quiet, you wouldn't have known how busy Noosa was at the time we were there.

It was a shame when we went to bbq one night that the gas was empty and the bbq didn't work.

Great spot for relaxation , very quiet , nice stroll across grass to river . Great kayaks for use , extra towels given to us , lovely friendly staff and owners/ managers. Bus stop outside , easy for transport . Close to some nice new restaurants and only 5 minute stroll along the river to Central Noosaville . Will be back next year. Thanks Cayman Quays.

The location is fantastic for families - lots of area to run around, sand to play in, pool is nice and the staff have sand and pool toys available to use. The accommodation is comfortable and has all you need. It is only a 10 minute stroll to a huge playground and lots of restaurants and cafes.

The beds are a little firmer than I’m used to.

A solid functional walk upstairs apartment without glamour yet stylish. Great comfortable king bed. Excellent Shower and two bathroom basins with heaps of cupboard storage.Perfect river view from apartment living spaces.Large balcony overlooks green and pool areas and river.Aircon and fans absolutely used in January weather. Close to bus. Fun free bikes to explore as far up or down the river. We will definitely seek out Cayman Quays in this Unit in this favourite location.

Just needs attention to kitchen fans over stove and a much more comfortable lounge seating setting.

Great location. We had a Riverview apartment which was just great. Julia was a fantastic host.

The unit was far better than a motel room as it had kitchen with stovetop and full size fridge. layout was excellent and comfortable. The biggest bonus for us was Sandy the reception lady. She went over and above with good old fashioned customer service. Extremely helpful and empathetic ( my wife was down for an operation at Noosa Private). She could not do enough for us. Thank you Sandy. You are brilliant.

Everything was just perfect and super clean it had everything you would need and more for a self catering holiday a real home from home great pool and gardens free kayak hire would highly recommend this place to anyone and a parking place for each unit....

It is a Nice size unit, clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly

I didn't like that it was separated from the other units and in the middle of the carpark, though besides that it was a nice place.

Huge one bed river view apartment, location is a little further out BUT property & pool sits on river side of main road and lush green park in front of property. Loved the homely customer service - owner/manager even folder my laundry that was in the dryer!

A little bit out of main drag but actually ended up being a good thing as I felt more relaxed in a less pretentious location and free buses into Noosa or regular ferry (fare)

The location was great, right on the river. The rooms and clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and lovely. Enjoyed our time.
