Everything about The Falls is amazing. Alan and Aryna are amazing hosts, making sure that the cottage has everything catered for with some special touches that were totally unexpected. The provisions for breakfast were plentiful and locally sourced which made them so much more delicious, and the addition of a home made pastry was a nice touch! The location is so very peaceful and the cottage was the perfect size that there was no need to leave except we wanted to explore the falls and also Montville. The fire was the perfect size to keep the cottage warm and cozy and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing, the place is amazing

First time staying at the Falls for an anniversary trip. Far exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Cabins are private, clean and have everything we needed plus more. The spa was a good size and fit 2 adults comfortably. Allan made our trip so great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Breakfast hampers were provided with fresh home cooked bread and croissants. We will definitely be back. Cannot recommend enough.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

From the moment we walked in we were taken away by how beautiful this place was. The attention to detail with fresh roses, Tawny Port and chocolates was exceptional. The view and surroundings was everything we had hoped for. The owners are just delightful and added to the whole experience of our stay. Just so kind and generous. The breakfast was incredible with an abundance of fresh local produce. We will definitely be back in the Winter.

These guys were fabulous - friendly and responsive, AMAZING pastries delivered for breakfast, and fresh produce for brekky in very generous quantities. Beautiful chocolates and roses. Great spa, very close walking distance to the falls. The bed was super comfortable. I think we just wished we had a bit more of a view - however staying in the forest was lovely.

I think we missed bug spray . But that's a super easy fix, we just bought some!

Our stay was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Alan our host from lifts to restaurants or reception made coffees. The bacon and eggs provided in our fridge for us to cook each morning was scrumptious but the daily freshly delivered croissants or danishes were superb. Our fridge was also stocked with milk, orange juice and yoghurts. Thankyou

We loved everything about our stay. The cottage was large, comfortable and well supplied with provisions for our three day stay. Bed was super comfy and the rural views fantastic. Nothing was a problem for our host- Allan. Whilst it rained just about the whole time we were there, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. We even enjoyed the port left for us as a nightcap and the breakfast provisions were fantastic. Each morning we had a smiling face arrive at our door with freshly baked pastries.

The room was very clean and well looked after. Upon arrival Alan explained where to park and offered to carry our bags down to our cottage. He showed us how to put the fire on, the heated towel rail in the bathroom, breakfast supplies in the fridge and told us that a fresh loaf of bread would arrive later that afternoon. Fresh croissants the first morning of our stay and fresh danishes the second morning made for a beautiful breakfast. The decanter of port and chocolates waiting for us was also a beautiful touch. Alan and his wife definitely want all guests to enjoy themselves and we will be finding another weekend to stay again.

Very friendly hosts, lovely atmosphere, great breakfast and loved the fresh baked danishes. The cabins were romantic with fresh flower, chocolates and port. Beautiful fireplace with heaps of wood, large bathroom with wall in shower, spa bath was amazing with bubble bath. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. This was the cleanest place we have ever been and I’m very picky as I’m a professional cleaner 5 stars guys!!!

There wasn’t much not to like but maybe some blinds for the veranda as it was very windy when we started, the TV could be a bit higher so you can lay down to watch a movie and our cereal packs were out of date but not the end of the world.

Every need was catered for in our cosy cabin. We enjoyed tranquillity and comfort & the hospitality of our hosts. The generous breakfast provisions were all we could ask for & the warm croissants delivered each morning we're a special treat. There was plenty of wood for the fire, while the spa added a touch of luxury.

Although necessary access for the secluded bush setting, as seniors we found the steep board walk to the cabin a bit challenging, however host Alan was ever ready to assist with luggage.

500m walking distance to Kondalilla Nat Park and falls walking track. Extremely well-supplied room including breakfast provisions ++, spa and robes, fireplace, and other treats. Bed, pillows and lounge were very comfortable. Private cottages nestled amongst forested hillside. Tulipwood Cottage had it's own yellow wren visiting each day. Kookaburras galore. We also walked to Kondalilla Restaurant for a superb dinner. Hosts Alan and Aryna are generous with their hospitality and time. Very much enjoyed our conversations with Alan, who shared wonderful life stories. Not at all far from Montville and Flaxton. Very well rested and recharged during our time at The Falls.

Nothing to dislike. Good mobility needed to access the cottages via wooden boardwalk, which can be slippery after rain.
