It was the first stop on our trip from Adelaide to Melbourne. It was easy to find and although just off the main road it was a quiet night. Breakfast was ok - Museli and toast. No cooked option available. Amenities in room were good - beds, sofa, table. All very clean.

Information from the owner as to the whereabouts of places to eat could have been better. He mentioned a pub but didn't really have any other info on where it was or if it was walking or car distance. We found a good cafe attached to the petrol station that seemed to be open all night and provided excellent food. Good for one night's stay.

The cleaner of this motel must be a perfectionist. It was spotless. The room was spacious and modern. I have seen comments where people complained about the noise from trains and highway. We did not experience any issues. A train went through town around 9pm and was pretty quiet, I thought. Didn't hear another till around 7.30am (I was already awake). No train whistles. Highway noise was very minor as well.

The sink wasn't in the bathroom, but this wasn't a deal breaker at all, just a little different. Everything was spot on but the man at reception was very nutural. Didn't make any small talk and wasn't too forthcoming with information when I asked about facilities around town. He was fine, just not very engaging in conversation.

re question on expectations, one never really knows when staying at any motel. Perhaps more so in the country. But my experience started so well when I visited reception on my way to a nearby town. I was briefed on what room I had and how to access. Arrived back that evening and entered what was a fantastic room to walk into. Spotless, beds with crisp white sheets and bed well made. Hot water important on cold night and morning. Excellent tv with many channels and great reception. The usual tea/coffee etc, with mini bar and treats also available. I felt right at home on my one night stay. Have already told numerous friends and thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were travelling with our granddaughters 6 & 3 years old. We had a family room and it was just the best. Girls had a separate room with a TV. Perfect for when we needed some downtime after long hours on the road. The room was well appointed and exceptionally clean. We have an electric car and they had plenty of charging facilities. This was an absolute winner for us. Well done Keith Motor Inn. Such a nice place to stay. We will be back.

We loved everything!!

For a motor Inn, the room was exceptionally clean. Mattress was good and firm. Sheets were clean without those nasty stains. Carpet was clean with no stains. Room was supplied with complimentary coffee, tea. There was a microwave in the room along with a toaster! It was clear they made improvements to an old property but they are in the right direction. Each electrical appliances also has a tag with a test date and next year date and signed with the owners name - I have never seen that before in a motel or motor Inn where we've stayed. It shows the level of responsibility of the owners.

The shower curtains could be longer

Having stayed here a few years ago for work and I was very pleasantly surprised at the improvements that have recently occurred. I stayed in a king suite which seemed to be new, very tastefully decorated and furnished, great little kitchen area, good TV and reception as well as a little outside courtyard area. Breakfast and EV chargers are now available too Congratulations to the owners who have really made big improvements here.

The traffic noise is inevitable but it did not worry me.

Dislikes Position of motel on corner adjacent to busy highway with trucks going past well into the night and the early morning goods train Improvements needed UGENTLY GRAB RAILS in shower and along side toilet on the wall for disabled or Seniors

My 2nd stay at this motel. We stayed on a weekend. The main bedroom has a great feeling of being "spacious" can easily move around in it. The rooms were very clean and tidy We found eveything in the room met our needs for a pleasant and good nights sleep. The combined Bathroom/Toilet is well laid out and functional. The motel has a very big area of parking for both car and trailer/caravan. The host and hostess were friendly and helpful. The key-code entry is a great idea no loosing keys.

Nothing, But with an ageing population I think ALL motels in Australia need to install at least one "Grab Rail" in the shower area and on the wall adjacent to or in front of the toilet bowl for "Seniors" and Disabled People

We liked that it was fresh and convenient (it was located in the newer area of the property), and provided all we needed for our one night stopover. The room was well laid out with plenty of bench space to get organised. It was handy having the vanity basin separate from shower and toilet. No issues with water pressure or hot water. Despite being located on a main highway, the room was quiet. We left the next day well rested.

Easy self check in process and room code system

The handwash in our room didn't work. And the milk in the fridge was a half used one. I had 2 rooms booked and this was a problem only in one of the rooms. It was certainly not a show stopper by any means but wanted to mention hoping that the owners would find the feedback useful. Otherwise enjoyed a very pleasant stay on the way to Adelaide
