Spacious clean room and bathroom. There was also a microwave. Plenty of utensils. Staff communicated how to get key when they closed early before our arrivals. When arrived, door to room with the extra beds was not able to open with our key. We were able to contact staff and someone arrived to unlock the door to the extra beds.

The door to the extra beds should have been check with the key provided before our arrival. Big spacious bathroom have enough space for two sinks but only got one. A family of five would have to spend a long time to get ready. Bathroom can be slippery. Leaky taps.

I had a great stay! The room was very comfortable, and the beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. What I didn't like was that the water seemed a bit different, and the soap didn’t dissolve properly during bathing. This might be due to the natural characteristics of the water in that area.

So, I stayed in Naracoorte for a couple of nights on a work trip, expecting the usual mediocre experience. Shockingly, I was wrong. The room was not only clean and tidy but also inexplicably large (even for a superior room), like, you-could-host-a-small-convention large. The heater worked well and without sounding like a helicopter, which, in my extensive experience, is a rare luxury. The bed was pretty comfortable—I didn’t wake up feeling like I lost a wrestling match. There was even a decent-sized fridge and the TV suited the massive room size. Plus, the free WiFi was strong enough to stream TV & movies without turning it into a buffering nightmare. I travel a lot for work and have seen my fair share of dreary country motels, but this one... this one was well above average. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Motel claims to be 450 meters from the city centre, this is not so. The motel is at best over a kilometer from the city centre and an uncomfortable walk to and from our chosen meal venue in the city centre. I always look at the distance from where we are going to stay from the city centre on Bookings.Com as due to age I don't need a long walk. The motel is more or less located in an industrial complex which is OK but the walk to facilities is a big minus.

I recently stayed at Country Roads Motor Inn Naracoorte and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Navi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, with easy access to local amenities. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a great spot for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions, walks, supermarkets, cafes etc yet quiet enough for peace and serenity. The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable, spacious, shower was awesome.. The garden and surroundings were very clean and inviting.

The family room(s) were spacious, and the kids enjoyed having their own separate area. Although the TV in the kids' room wasn't smart, they ended up watching the large TV in the main room. The rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with all the essentials. The location was fantastic, and it was pleasantly quiet. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. Highly recommended.

I wish they could offer a buffet breakfast like regular hotels.

We were very happy with our room. It was quiet and the room was large with good facilities and the bed was very comfortable.we also appreciate the ver large parking bays. Great for when you're loading and unloading the car.

We have no complaints, we liked everything about the place. My only comment and this is for all motels is that I'd love to have a laundry room I could access. Being on the road for quite a number of weeks it would be very helpful.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower has good water pressure. Motel is in a great location.

The beds are resonably comfortable, but the matress was a little stiff, so after two nights there was feeling the effects slightly.

Overall we were impressed. Cleanliness, appliances provided, cutlery and crockery, toiletries. I have been continually disappointed by air bnb option that I have started to go back to motels. And I am glad to have made this choice.

A courtesy call would have been good customer service to check how far away we would be. Though it is something I could have done also, a courtesy call to say expected arrival would be a bit later. As we found that heating had been turned off due to staff not knowing when/if we were arriving. Cleaner came in before check out time. With no knock on the door they were about to walk straight in but I had the security chain latched across. A surprise for all of us as I would have been caught nude on my way to the bathroom. Perhaps staff could knock before entering if they are going to clean before check out time.
