Close to the beach. Neat, clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable but bring your own pillows. Close to Victor Harbour. Quiet around the cabins which is nice. Cabins are away from the playground.

One outlet in the bedroom. Can only plug one thing in at a time. Taps in the kitchen drip unless turned off really tight. I found reception opens too late and closes too early. When I asked for things from reception I found the staff a tad off put by requests. Not rude, but not friendly either. Weren’t allowed to hire the tandem bikes even though people were still out riding around. No room to put toiletries in the bathroom. The smoke alarm is placed right outside the bathroom door, so when stream from the shower escapes, the alarm goes off. The smoke detector show be near the kitchen, not the bathroom. Wifi didn’t work.

We had a wonderful stay at Port Elliot Holiday Park. Our villa was beautiful, tidy, and well-equipped, featuring a kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including an oven. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the privacy of our veranda. It was a delight to have tame magpies and other birds visit us, adding a charming touch to our stay. The park is just a short walk to both Horseshoe and Crockery Bays, making it a perfect location for beach lovers. The abundance of native birds and the beautiful plants around the villas added to the peaceful ambiance. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy nature!

It was quiet and the cabin had plenty of space. We could also bring our dog along which was very important to us.

There is only one check in lane. We were waved across but that put us infront of the boom gate. Some lady yelled at my husband because he was blocking traffic but there were cars and caravans infront on the check in lane so we weren’t able to read it. Anyway. We aren’t offended and hopefully the lady had a better afternoon. Maybe some bigger signage may have prevented this but check in didn’t take that long.

Nice private accommodation with with kitchen main bed, double beds in seperate room and toilet /bathroom. Close to restaurants /dining and other activities as well as beach. Activities for families such as bouncing castle (minus the castle!) , biked basketball courts we would have used if we stayed longer. Friendly staff. Boom gate security.

The tv was stuck on the racing channel but that was okay!

The cabin was set in a quiet corner of the park, with lovely aspect, trees and gardens. Whilst I didn’t get the opportunity to use the well sheltered BBQ facilities, they were right nearby. A 5 minute walk takes you to one of the best views anywhere in Australia and I was lucky to see whales with a calf over the headland at Bashams beach. Great food at both pubs, cafe and bakery in town. Cabin was spotless, great hot shower, plenty of extra blankets and the bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for spend. I miss it already 😁

Noisy aircon, a small negative but heated the cabin efficiently as the weather was very cold during my visit.

The Villa was a great size to accommodate our family (2 adults, a teen & a tween). Having the beach & bike track right there in the park was great! Perfect spot with nature at our doorstep. Quick drive into town & easy access to the Cockle Train. Staff were really friendly too.

Great location near the beach. On the edge of town so a bit far to walk for an evening meal. Scenic day time walking nearby though.

The bed was rather uncomfortable. The mattress was not very thick. We wouldn’t like to sleep in it for any longer than a couple of nights. Linen was clean, fresh and good quality so that improved the situation.

The park itself...the beach and the township location are superb. Scenic and natural with great coastal walls...rugged and untamed. Historic buildings. Good choice eateries...very interesting foundation history. Beach is also very good and safe with life-savers on duty at peak times. A delightful place to visit

Our budget cabin was badly in need of an upgrade. Quite tacky all round. Worn floor coverings. Curtains with wear holes...sliding door off its track...no shampoo in bathroom nor any liquid soap in dispenser...a TV that decided if or not it would work. We have stayed in one of their family cabins previously .....it was very good.

Very quiet, great location only a short stroll from the beach. Everything we needed in the cabin, nice sheets and fluffy towels. Lovely people at reception.

The oven door did not close properly so took a long time to cook our food and the knobs were very hot as a result. The taps in the kitchen dripped.
