Everything. Spacious room. Very new and comfortable. We had water views from bed through the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. We could use the kitchenette to cook some simple dinner. Easy stroll to town. We were worried that being at second floor would mean we had to carry our luggage over a lot of stairs but it turned out there were only eight steps no matter which floor we would be in so it was clever layout.

Would be good to have a dining table and four dining chairs in the apartment accommodating four people. But we managed to eat dinner with half of the family using the small table and chairs on balcony which wasn't bad at all.

Location was within walking distance to town. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Only “slight” problem we had was parking. We own a very large 4wd. (Chevy Silverado). Parking was tight but managed to park on the property each night mainly lucky to choices other residents made. We did note that there was a small area near the hotel we may have parked if needed. This comment should not be taken as a complaint more just a note for large vehicle owners.

First, the charming young woman in reception who had turned on the heating before our arrival on a cold day.Secondly the very comfortable warm room including a great bed and excellent shower. The kitchenette was well equipped. The room that we had also had a small balcony overlooking the bay, which would have been lovely on a sunny day and the room had a stunning view of the harbour. We would most certainly choose to stay again.

The only thing we might say for elderly people or young people with children is that there are a number of stairs, particularly from the ground floor car park. That was no problem for us as we were parked in the upper car park and only had a few steps to the room. However, if stairs are a problem it might be worth checking with the management as to the most convenient room, taking the stairs into account.

We had a lovely corner room overlooking the bay. Just beautiful. A short walk into town and woukd recommend Fumi 28 fir their oysters with Green Apple Gin!! We sat on the balcony for our meals and watched the birds on the foreshore. Very pleasant. The NP is well worth exploring. There are two great craft stores in town and the Fish box is a great place for some King George whiting and buying some oysters and smoked for for a soecial snack.

No laundry facilities within the motel.

Very good customer service and room was clean and well maintained. Easy to get around in Lower Eyre Peninsula. The view is wonderful, we even saw two large pods of dolphins.

The parking garage has a dip so with a lower vehicle there is a scrape.

This was a highlight of our SA roadtrip. Genuine friendly greeting from Gary on arrival with plenty of local tips. The accommodation was first rate - superb in fact. We would definitely stay here if ever again in Port Lincoln. We enjoyed beautiful take away fish and chips from Fumo (best restaurant in town according to Gary).

Convenience to shops and hospital. Pleasant, friendly staff. Great view of harbour and night lights of town. Enjoyed watching the bird life on the shore below

Only one issue, but seems to be with most motels, exhaust fan in bathroom did not work as it could, needs cleaning. We were in room 6.

Good size room, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great hair dryer, water and biscuits provided each day. Amazing and beautiful view out to the Bay. Watched a lovely sunrise from my bed on my last morning at Limani.

The shower head might need a bit of attention, was a bit all over the place.

Good price, and I was extremely happy to be able to book only a week out from my travel date and still find a room with a view of the ocean. The room was clean / tidy, and comfortable. We cooked breakfasts in the kitchenette which was well equipped.

The location is a little loud as it’s quite a high traffic area coming off of the highway, but nothing too bad.

Great sized room. View was exceptional. Staff excellent and very accomodating. Location was walkable to most restaurants and hotels along with mini mart and laundrette directly opposite, fantastic.

Parking entrance was very awkward. Shower screen leaked and shower head wasn’t good.
