This hotel was exceptional, offered so many options to eat at and the staff were always friendly. Breakfast was delicious and offered many options. Right on the water there and so many options on the Main Street for breakfast or a quick stop at the bottle-o or the Hotel Boston was a short walk too for a drink. The room was amazing and had everything we needed. The balcony was huge and was perfect to sit out on and have a drink. Car parking was free and just out the back of the hotel too. The Oyster HQ tour offered to pick us up direct from the hotel which was amazing. Everything was just amazing!!

Dinner at Sarins was very good as was our breakfasts. Other good restaurants are within walking distance. Our room had a lovely outlook over the bay and everything was clean and comfortable.

We read on the tv display in the bistro/bar area that we could purchase wine from the hotel bottle shop across the road to have with our dinner. We did this and then we’re charged $20 corkage even though we opened the bottle and poured the wine ourselves. What was the point of this as the price was then only $4 difference to buying it from the wine list without the effort of going to get it. Disappointing.

Comfortable room, bed and pillows. Friendly staff on front desk. I liked the option of not having my room cleaned - better fir the environment. Even better that you get a voucher for choosing - even though I didn't use it!

The Wifi was terrible -I couldn't use it at all. I needed to hotspot my phone to get any work done. I was disappointed that their was no option for an 'express' breakfast. When I asked for anything that was quick after being told there was a 40 minute wait on food, they said that there was nothing they could do - not even a piece of toast. Needless to say, I couldn't wait 40 minutes and I didn't get to eat breakfast even though I paid for it in my room package.

We had an amazing view. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet, We were able to sleep with the sliding door open for fresh air, which is a huge plus for me. The T2 tea bags were a welcome change to the usual offerings as it is a brand I use and love. I appreciated that there was an option to not have the room cleaned every day which was rewarded with a voucher (great idea) and the breakfast and food at our function were beautiful also!

Normally bottled water is supplied without charge, so I did not like that you had to pay extra for water.

I've stayed in quite a few hotels lately and have stayed at this one multiple times. I was reflecting on this hotel after my most recent stay, and in comparison to the others I've stayed at recently, it's just a cut above. It's got what a hotel is supposed to have but you rarely get in this price range- incredibly comfy, big, plush beds, a good size TV, fully stocked mini bar, room service and WiFi that actually works.I always use the provided toiletries at this hotel, they are really nice quality and smell great! I ordered room service this time, and while the food was a little pricey, it was really good. The staff were friendly and efficient. It's just a really decent, nice hotel.

The staff were friendly. Location amazing. Very comfortable beds. Both bars located within the restaurant were superb. There was a choice of a 10 aud voucher for use in the hotel bars for each day we didn't require our room to be cleaned, very good environmentally friendly incentive. Laundry facility on site. Amazing sea view with a balcony. Really enjoyed Port Lincoln!

Our room was for 3 adults, but we only had two mugs for tea and coffee placed in our room. I thought the pool was heated, however, this was not the case in the month of late February. Only minor points, it was a good standard of hotel.

It just has a lovely vibe as soon as you walk in. The Reception staff, on this occasion Meti, was very welcoming and professional. We have been coming to the hotel for a number of years now but the hotel hasn’t dated at all.

Our room aircon just about died after the first night so we had to move rooms. In new room, our safe failed to work. It seems the hotels room facilities are aging abit now. Having said that however, once we brought these issues to the attention of Reception staff, a maintenance person was onto the problems in no time and the problems were remedied.

After 3 long days on the road from Perth, it was great to be able to put our feet up for a few days in Port Lincoln. The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the view was great. Additionally, the room was on a front corner of the building and had it's own balcony which we could take in the views over the bay and get some fresh air. Check in was easy and parking was free and on-site. This was our second stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here again if we're ever in Pt Lincoln in the future.

Miscommunications about vouchers upon arrival but eventually been clarified by the manager the next day. When we got there, some older kids using the pool while cursing and using vulgar languages while little kids present, they were booted out by a staff member after a while of swimming.il it feels like non hotel users can easily access the pool through the entrance near the back door?.....the day we got there, it felt like everyone is at the pub watching footy, ending up with no car parking space available in the hotel.

Restaurant lets the hotel down a bit in our opinion. Local seafood options minimal, grilled prawns or just fresh local prawns would have been fabulous! Atlantic salmon in Port Lincoln is a bit out of place. However, good entree selections, including brilliant burrata. A bonus was the Anzac Day service across the road, the second time we have been in Pt Lincoln for this event!
