It was clean, shower was lovely. Staff friendly. Upgraded from 2 singles to king size bed at no extra cost after booking.com didn't even ask them my request for an electric blanket. Good facilities.

Towels weren't replaced, only given 1 for 2nd day. I think room was set up for 1 person, as we got it last minute. I was too tired to ask so my fault. Little uht milk capsules - pet peeve, hate them - enough for 2 small cups of coffee. Not replaced 2nd day but I had bought fresh. No hot choc. Booking.com said my request for an elec blanket was arranged at no extra cost - the motel had not even been asked and did not have any to supply anyone! So maybe Booking.com should check with the motel before sending me an email saying my request had been arranged!

The room and bed were spacious, with a very good-sized bath (we paid extra for a room with a bath - it was worth it!). The room was clean, the motel was easy to find and conveniently located. Relatively quiet, considering the proximity to the road.

There was no door between the bathroom and bedroom - there was only a shower curtain separating the bed from toilet. We could also hear the TV in our neighbours room - and I don't think they had it playing very loudly.

Room very clean and smelled very nice, cheery customer service, loved that there was a full packet of biscuits for tea/coffee and even a couple of chocolates. Convenient location on the edge of town.

Steep drive access to guest carpark, but this would not deter us from staying again.

It was very clean and well maintained. The room had everything we needed including an iron and ironing board and all amenities like toiletries. Pillows were comfy and we enjoyed our stay.

Bed was a little hard but still pretty good - a better mattress topper would have made the join between the two single beds when converted to a king not as obvious. The beds were also a little short for my 6’2” partner

Very comfortable and were impressed with an upgrade. It was very clean and comfortable. Just what we needed after a day out in Drouin. The check in was quick and we could just leave our things before we went out. Many thanks

Room was very clean. bed was very comfortable. Jenny (owner/manager) was incredibly acommodating and helpful, and couldn't do enough to make our stay great. I would definitely stay here again, very reasonably priced, the whole motel complex was spotless, a great place to stay with a super friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Would like to have stayed longer!

For a one night stay , it was good.

There was an entrance up a steep slope that we used to enter the premises, which was not appropriate as it could be dangerous. We realised afterwards iit was not the main entrance. Whilst signed about slippery conditions, perhaps it should be closed off or a sign directing you to a main entrance would be safer.

Room was warm with an electric blanket on the bed. The spa and shower were excellent with plenty of hot water. Blockout curtains made the room dark in the morning. Bowls, plates cups and cutlery and microwave were provided. It was a comfortable space and I slept well.

No tissues provided, Bathrobes and slippers which were stated in description were not provided. I could only locate 10 foxtel channels which were mostly sport.

Room was very clean but is not spacious. Guest and Admin wifi didn’t work at all but the owner lent us a mobile wifi for our use and the internet access worked excellently. The owner was helpful with the wifi.

The aircon is right opposite the bed and it blows directly to the face while on bed. (Room No. 2). Room price is expensive for the size of room and location.

Bathroom's floor strangely did not slope to support the open shower, and instead allowed water to escape all the way across the room, despite our efforts to reposition the shower curtain. Recommend building some kind of low barrier around the shower area, or at least supply an extra towel or two and forewarn guests to place them, rolled-up, along the toilet boundary of the shower area, to hopefully reduce the amount of escaped water to mop up.
