We enjoyed the space, the quiet and the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we pointed out a problem to them the day we were leaving. Suggest you leave room in your car for one of the gorgeous novelty plant pots on sale in the foyer. Such a shame they can't find a chef as the place would have been buzzing with the restaurant and bar open. The foyer is such a beautiful space. We will definitely stay there again.

The pool was unavailable unfortunately.

Room smelt fresh and clean, nice to have a room with enough space and separate table and chair and 2 seater lounge. Good parking. Room at back didn’t hear traffic on main road in from Dunkeld.

Unfortunately no chef so unable to get breakfast in am. At reception didn’t realise we had made a booking that afternoon through booking.com even though I had copy of booking receipt. Shower recess may’ve had a sliding middle door unfortunately by putting shower mat door on tiles it gets soaking wet when stepping out.

Bed was comfy and very spacious room. Lovely big bathroom. I really liked the personal touch of fresh milk and not the little containers

No privacy when curtains are opened. Would be good if they had netting curtains to maintain a form of privacy. Shower really needs a curtain or door on to stop the water wetting all the floor. A couch or sofa would be much better suited to the seating than 2 old single chairs. The chairs were not comfy or accomadating for larger sized people. Seating outside was shared with people from next room......

This was a very convenient place to stay while attending to some tings in the town. The room was large and very well appointed, including tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, wardrobe and table and chairs. The bathroom was also very spacious with a lovely warm shower, Parking just outside the door was very convenient.

I wish I had of been more successful at getting the heating system to work.

The blocked-out blinds in the room helped us get a good night's sleep after an early start and a long drive from Melbourne. We had a lovely view of the pool that we didn't even know was thereupon booking. It was in a great location and only 5 minutes from the town.

Unfortunately, we had a nosey neighbor staying next door that had us up before 6 am.

Room and bathroom were very spacious. Well appointed throughout. Good value for money.

Room was very big and could have easily accommodated a couch or some comfortable chairs to sit on. Air conditioner is older style and fairly noisy. Would be good if replaced with modern split system unit.

Large comfy rooms well kitted out means we stay here often when the rooms are on special. We were in one of the rooms at the back of the complex so it was super quiet, no road noise at all.

The lighting is adequate but for these 70 year old eyes it could be a bit brighter. Not sure why the electicals were unplugged but we had to move the bed to fit the plugs in the sockets; a mystery

Staff member was friendly and very accommodating. The room was comfortable with good facilities. Car parking directly outside room was great.

Bed mattress, while comfortable, was titled toward the centre of the bed which was a bit annoying. Didn't affect my sleep though, as I can sleep well almost anywhere.

Quick and easy check-in, good location close to the lake and close enough to the city centre to get there quickly. Easy parking outside the room, easy key-drop at checkout. Everything was very clean, towels and small toiletries provided. Room had a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer in the bathroom. A/C worked.

Shower was large with two showerheads on either side, but the middle of the shower screen is open so it does not block water from getting on the floor. Put the bath mat down afterwards unless you like it soaked.
