We were in the unit next door to the motel which was a lovely surprise. We traveled with toddlers who enjoyed having space to roam in, a room to share and a courtyard to play in. White and modern understated decor and comfy furniture. Convenient walking distance to grocery stores and playground across the road. Would 100% recommend to families. Will definitely happily book again!

There was nothing we didn't like. It's well thought out with amenities and kitchen set up like an Airbnb with condiments and pantry essentials. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all. We only stayed one night as travelling to Adelaide.

From the moment we drove in we knew this motel would be perfect and it was perfect in every way. The owners attention to detail both in the condition of the property and small touches of a warm welcome were evident everywhere. The location was within walking distance to supermarkets, chemist, eateries and city centre. There was even a car wash a mere two minutes drive away. The room was quiet, tastefully decorated and all the necessary amenities and conveniences were exactly as they should be. The TV was excellent and had foxtel. The bed was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The owners were warm friendly hosts who made us feel truly welcome and l highly recommend this motel and thank them for a lovely stay.

Nothing, it was perfect

We stayed here on our way from Adelaide to Melbourne. We had a family room that fitted 4 people. When choosing where to stay, the reason I chose the Comfort Inn May Park instead of the place that was slightly cheaper was because the bedding looked like it wasn't going to by synthetic sheets. We were not disappointed - the bed linen was lovely, soft & cotton! We all had a great night's sleep & were ready to finish our travels the next day. Everything was comfortable, clean & the receptionist was friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The unavoidable practice these days of providing seats and ashtrays directly outside rooms meant during our particular stay we had a pair of inconsiderate guests who chatted and laughed until past midnight. Unfortunately the barbecue area which would have been a more appropriate isolated area for them to chat was locked late at night ...understandably. Once they went to bed all was quiet. This is no fault of the establishment of course - you can't choose your next door neighbor.

A warm welcome and one of the most helpful and efficient people I've ever encountered on reception (Liz, I think?). She even made phone calls on my behalf. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for a warm and comfortable stay. Spacious parking right at my door, and walking distance to the nearby Sports Club bistro which has excellent choices and service.

The motel is situated directly opposite a lovely park, but being a Saturday night, there were some noisy revellers at the park around 2am who disturbed my sleep. The only other thing I didn't like was the tradesman working in the room next door who was smoking right outside my door such that his second-hand smoke was all blowing my way. Neither of these are any reflection on the motel itself, though maybe they could ask tradies not to smoke where it's going to adversely affect the enjoyment of motel guests.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was good because it was off the main highway and the room was quiet. There were sufficient glasses, crockery and cutlery to have your own breakfast that we brought with us.

In the morning it took awhile for the hot water to run in the shower. Initially it was a cold shower. We bought a bottle of wine at reception but found we could have purchased it much cheaper at the Woolworths supermarket just up the road.

We were a little later than we originally thought we would be but the nice lady at the desk knew who we were immediately and everything was ready and waiting for us to check in. She also gave us useful information about where to get food nearby. The room was huge, well fitted-out (with a two-seat dining table, a refrigerator and seriously good air-conditioning which, considering the weather, was essential!) and clean. The bathroom was also large and spotlessly clean with a decent fan to keep the air in there fresh and/or steam-free. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have encountered in any hotel/motel we have been in in Oz, thanks to a beautifully thick mattress topper. We heard no noise from the nearby Western Highway or from any of the adjacent rooms (although we did hear cars heading out in the morning). The location of the place is excellent, being five minutes walk from either the main shopping area in the centre of Horsham or several fast food outlets (KFC, McD and HJ at least) or a range of other eateries, two minutes walk from a lovely park or about ten minutes from two large pieces of silo art!

I'm not a fan of eco-shower heads but if you are in a motel in the middle of one of the drier areas of Victoria, they are inevitable I suppose!

Location was perfect for our needs and as we were travelling with two cars, were able to provide us with an extra car park off the street that wasn't being used. Bed was comfy and shower lovely.

Not something that can be changed overnight, but I do wonder with the two bedroom suite if having a door from room 2 direct to the bathroom would be nice and just to provide a bit more privacy for guests in bedroom 1.

Location was fantastic.

I watched a staff member yell at another guest for having a dog when there was no dog in the room. He screamed at her and was clearly trying to make her feel uncomfortable. It ruined my experience and I spoke with the girl who was on her way to a funeral. It was uncomfortable and made me feel nervous to be in the space. I was also informed on my departure that the key to my room had not been returned which meant a random person had access to my room.

One of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen at a motor inn. Staff are super friendly. Location is great with food and shops are within walking distance as well as a beautiful park across the road. Coffee bar across the road makes great coffee too!

Some of the pillows on the bed were a bit hard. Walls are definitely not soundproof. Everyone was fairly respectful of this though I was woken by someone talking loudly in the adjoining room.
