A warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere, with a familiar old school Motel feeling that I find very comforting and personally prefer to modern sterile hotels... Having breakfast included was a real bonus, was all very easy, great location! Also appreciate the spacious parking bays outside the room! they are bigger than most, lovely shaded front veranda The room was spacious and had all that we needed

Two small gripes, there was mold in the shower, yet everything else was extremely clean. And as another had mentioned the beds seem new and very comfortable yet they do sag a bit into the middle.. Still this wouldn't stop us from returning ☺️

Owners dog which barked loudly and viscously at everyone inside reception and parking area. Owner had to hold dog back. Very confronting. Brown ring around bathroom sink plug hole. I wiped with dishcloth and some came off. Cleaners not putting enough elbow grease into it. Dirt parking area ( not sealed ). A lot of stones came into the room. Toilet roll holder on brick wall, paper would tear on brick when used. Brown stain on a face washer. Maybe they could provide a dark coloured face washer for people to use to take off their makeup.

The motel was very conveniently located, only a few metres walk from shops, cafes and hotels etc. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, well laid out and very clean. It was good value accommodation, especially for a long weekend.

The bed was too firm for me and the fridge was rather noisy at times (probably when refreezing), including during the night.

Came to visit family, Kerang is a great place to visit and relax. The motel is in town, easy to walk to from train station and woolies is a few minutes away, around the corner. Everything is just a short walk away. Owners are lovely, happy to help in any way, motel has been updated and it's spacious and clean and nicely decorated with warmth, instead of stark colours alot of other places have. Has a sitting area with couch which is great and microwave, kettle and toaster. Very generous with the continental breakfast items, which was a lovely surprise and appreciated and included in room price. Alot of hotels/motels could take some hints from Kerang Motel, because they're doing it the right way!

Great location except for the sometimes noisy car wash next door. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good to have basic cooking facilities to be able to self cater. Spa was enjoyable. Walking distance to supermarket and eating places.

Proximity to car wash - the noise began quite early a couple of times. We had hoped to use the bbq, but it hadn't been cleaned and was very dirty, so we changed our plans.

Close to the main part of town. Clean, comfortable and warm on a cold winter's night. The bonus was a free breakfast 👍

The driveway was just dirt. No gravel or concrete. So when wet, potential for potholes and muddy shoes. Some gravel/stones would work well 😃

Good quiet room, comfortable bed, great Hitachi split system heat/cooling (v quiet) modern clean bathroom with a good shower. The rooms surrounded a rectangular car park on three sides with reception on the fourth blocking most sound from the street, so it was relatively quiet. Nice table and chairs outside. Very close to the centre of town, so we could walk to dinner and breakfast. Much better than some of the more expensive places we stayed at.

The door to the neighboring room let sound in badly despite there being a solid brick wall and the phone calls and tv were very annoying. Limited TV stations. Internet? Other than the barbecue, didn't see much else in facilties, but that was fine for a short stopover.

This was a great spot to stay. I had no issues what so ever with my room and would gladly stay again. They offer a free continental breakfast which I accepted but in the end did not use. Towels were nice a fluffy and overall I enjoyed my stay.

The room was somewhat dated, but very functional, Location was superb, staff were friendly and helpful.

The only slight hiccup in the stay was Breakfast. The printout from Booking.com email indicated brefast was included in the price However on discussing the issue with the receptionist breakfast wasn't included in the price. the receptionist offered 2 solutions 1. pay $10 pp for a continental breakfast or they would supply bread for toast with spreads without charge. This was latter solution was accepted. This was confusing considering the price of the motel For an overnight stay.

Very lovely and friendly people great location and great value for your money would recommend this motel to family and friends great to see such down to earth people in kerang wouldn't expect it in all honesty 👍🙂

Nothing can't say one bad thing I stayed at the kerang valley resort motel the previous night was very expensive and the rooms where very basic and couldn't see the point paying nearly double the amount for a room with no bathroom and separate toilet to the shower tbh wasn't happy paying $150 a night for a 50 inch smart tv that I couldn't even work out hahahaha I rest my case 🤗
