Great to be able to park right outside the rooms. Room has everything you need for a brief stay. Breakfast only available as room service, but lovely staff recommended a great cafe around the corner, which was excellent. Location perfect, easy walking distance to restaurants/pub/cafes/shops. Good quality sheets, clean and crisp. Very quiet, a good night's sleep. Staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The only reason I didn't this place 5 stars is because I reserve this rating for truly outstanding or exceptional places. The bathrooms are good, clean and functional with lots of extra towels. However, the bathroom renovation is a few years old, not a "top quality" bathroom. The heater in the bathroom was fine without being super-effective. The carpet on the floor was slightly frayed in a couple of places. Perfectly comfortable stay and I would consider the Mansfield Motel again for an overnight stay.

The location was very convenient and central. Mansfield depot is in walking distance as well as cafes and restaurants. The overall location of Mansfield Motel made it super easy to explore the area by foot which was very enjoyable. The room was clean and their staff are super friendly and helpful which made the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mansfield Motel to anyone.

The location was amazing, didn’t have to walk much at all to be near all the shops! The bed was extremely comfortable, and they provided plenty of blankets to keep us warm during the cool winter nights! The lovely lady that greeted us was so beautiful and so helpful, shame I didn’t get to say goodbye to her. Love. Love. Love 💕

Lovely motel in the heart of the town, easy walking distance. Clean, quiet, very friendly, accommodating hosts.

It can get very cold in Mansfield - I was hoping to leave the heater on whilst out to maintain warmth in the room but the key set up doesnt allow for this. Heater took a long time to kick in.

Very well situated in central Mansfield, close to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and well appointed. Nice towels and all soaps and shampoo provided.

Bed was uncomfortable for 2 people, pillows also pretty uncomfortable.

It was a good size, clean, had all we needed, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was sensational!

No power points accessible near the bed, game changer if someone has a CPAP machine! $4.00 for bottles of water in the fridge was a bit much too!

Great location in Mansfield. Very comfortable bed. Appreciated facilities for self catering for breakfast: spoons, bowls, cups etc.

Electric bedside clock went crazy and had to switch it off! Bathroom is ok.

Love this motel. It’s so clean and in a fabulous spot. Walking distance to everything in town and perfect for a quick stay. Have stayed there three times in the last year.

The young gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. Helpful staff. Quiet location. Clean comfortable rooms with good water pressure. Great undercover parking. Close to shops.

The bicycle room was not set up well. It was hard to get into with a massive mud puddle outside and no light. There was a vent noise in the room that would come and go. The kitchen just needs a tray from Kmart to go under the drainer on the bench.

Clean, great location and friendly staff. Sent a request a couple of days before arrival, and request happily done with no issues. Would stay again in the future
