The view from the window was spectacular. We were warmly welcomed by the host, Cindy, who showed us around. We loved the peace and quiet of this B&B, perched on top of the hill, surrounded by trees, and with a panorama of beautiful countryside that extended to a great distance. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped and we had access to a shared kitchen/dining room, with plenty of supplies for breakfast. The property is an easy drive from Myrtleford, with its cafés and shops, as well as other tourist destinations such as Bright and Beechworth.

We had no phone reception with our Optus mobile phones (only SOS) but good Wifi connection. However, it was actually quite nice to be uncontactable via phone for a couple of days of rest!

Beautiful location, friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was beautiful, felt luxurious and had everything we needed for the night. Tea and coffee supplies were great. Lovely extra touches like a bottle of wine and chocolates on our pillow. Options of a late checkout. I didn't want to leave at all in the morning but we had early morning plans. Booked on a whim - would love to come back for a longer stay!

A beautiful breakfast hamper was available at an extra cost on request. It would have been nice just to have a little sachet of cereal or muesli for breakfast if you didn't want or have time for a big breakfast.

Cindy the host is so welcoming and most helpful. Generous and delicious food provided for breakfast. Kitchen area and bedrooms overlook a magnificent view of the valley. Beds very comfortable and rooms are a generous size. Host gave us excellent directions, prior to visit, of how to get there.

Shared kitchen is a bit tricky but workable. We had great fun sharing with other residents and came home with happy memories. Little way out of town but worth the extra drive for the magnificent views and tranquility.

The breakfast was very generous and the location was stunning with wonderful views of the property and the valley below especially in the mornings.

There was one thing that I would suggest being a carpenter would be that the cupboard in the kitchen next to the sink and under the coffee machine and the toaster needs to be fixed as the double door hinge in the corner does not have a catch and therefore does not close and this could lead to and accident.

Beautifully decorated rooms with exceptional views looking out across to Mt Beauty. Very nice balcony to relax on while drinking a glass of wine and admiring the views - ( cold bottle of wine provided along with breakfast hamper ). Breakfast provisions are very generous - bacon, eggs, cereals toast and jams and fresh orange juice and a coffee machine . Very peaceful location . Lovely hosts.

Nothing to fault, the perfect 10 😃 Very welcoming and friendly, fantastic views of the countryside, super clean and the most comfortable bed to date. The breakfast items surpassed my expectations and the bottle of wine was such a lovely thought, well done!

Can’t find a thing I could criticise. I did take note of other reviews and tucked into my breakfast early as the kitchen was shared and could get congested I suppose at maybe 9am but seriously this would be minor.

Cindy is an exceptional host. She was able to answer all our questions and support us with our trip sightseeing planning. The room was warm, comfortable and had the most amazing views of the rangers. From the moment you start your stay at the BnB you feel completely welcomed, comfortable and you know instantly that you have booked a gem of accomodation. All the little touches like knowing our names and taking the time to get to know us and showing an interest in who we are to local wine on arrival, warm rooms, electric blanket on to warm the bed, it all added up to an outstanding stay. Highly recommend Rosewhite house and look forward to booking again in the future.

Nothing. It exceeded my expectations.

The stay at Rosewhite House was one of the best we ever did in Victoria. The view from the balcony was just mesmerising. The early morning sounds of the cows and birds made us feel truly relaxed and just what we needed, away from the city life. The hosts, Cindy and Steve were extremely friendly and welcoming. The whole place was spotless, the breakfast was great and overall an amazing experience. Looking forward to visiting again.

We loved everything!

Steve and Cindy were absolutely lovely and the location is fantastic. Our room was fairly basic but clean with everything we needed for one night.

Just some feedback for the property - my wife stood on a carpet tack (we believe) entering the bathroom which caused her foot to bleed. On further inspection, there was a row of these sharp little tacks along the carpet way entering into the bathroom. It didn’t ruin our stay but just to get this checked out.

The location was very peaceful and quiet with beautiful views across the valley and surrounding hills.Cindy organised a great breakfast selection for us and kept us informed throughout our short stay. Would have no hesitation in staying there again. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Not within the property control but there is little if any phone reception. They have NBN wifi available as an alternative which worked well.
