Loved everything about our stay. We specially thank the staff for being so accommodative about all our requests. A family of 8 adults and 4 children we thought was gonna be chaos but the enclosed accommodation 2 apartments was just so amazing .

We couldn't cast anything to the tv in the room. Nothing about the hotel, I just wish the weather was a little warmer and the kids would have loved getting into the pool. Being winter, probably separate heaters in the room or centralised heating or heated blankets would have been great, as we were forced to keep the door open to keep rooms warm during night

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, modern and had everything that we needed for our 2 night stay. Very affordable.

The noise from the apartment above. We stayed 2 nights in room 109 and both nights there was so much banging and stomping and running around in the apartment above us which went on for hours. It sounded like they were going to fall through the roof! Would have thought the flooring would be much more sound proof. I loved our apartment but would stay not stay on the ground floor again.

Room had a self-service kitchen with a toaster to allow for your own European Breakfast (cereal from the well-stocked AGI grocery store 6 min walk from our rear second floor room. Extra everything can be aquired if you ask in advance or arrive before 5:30pm.

Hotel restaurant with 7 minutes walking distance. Room air conditioning unit was relatively quiet and the bed and pillows were fresh and comfortable. Beside lighting provided night-time convenience and a microwave and toaster complemented pur wish to have a European breakfast with light shopping at the local grocery store.

In general great place to stay. Great location, the room was very spacious. We only met reception staff, they were very lovely and made check-in/check-out process very smooth. There is a heated pool, we didn't use it but it looks clean. A few things can be improved though: bigger rubbish bin, better cleaning. On first sight the room was clean but we found a lot of hairs in bathrooms and on the furniture. All door handles were with greasy marks. Outside area is great but the balcony floor was really dirty, need a good mop. The drain in one of our bathrooms smelled so we had to keep vent on non-stop

More attention to cleaning

We had a two bedroom apartment. One room had an ensuite and there was a second bathroom. The beds were king size and very comfortable. It had all the amenities you need including a washer and dryer, oven, microwave, dining table, lounge suite and an extra television in the main bedroom.

Nothing.

It was close to all the facilities we required for the Tri state’s games. It was great to come back to the apartment clean and beds made after a long day out. The pool was good.We will rebook for next year again

The location was good, staff very friendly and pleasant, we had two bedrooms with two bathrooms, so the apartment was compact but comfortable enough. Also had really nice bathroom amenities.

The location was okay, a couple of blocks back from the main road but still very close. Not really anything else as a negative.

Just a quick stopover for our family of 5 - was plenty of space and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the main street of Portland and dining options etc. Bonus was an Aldi just around the corner, so easy to get basic supplies for brekkie etc.

No complaints from us - everything was as described and seemless check in and check out.

Comfortable clean room. The location was an easy walk to food, town & the waters edge. Very helpful staff.

There was a miscommunication about our needs, however the staff on duty went above & beyond to rectify. thankyou.

Loved the rooms, very clean, private deck, and pool was a nice added feature! Nice central location. Liked how we could check out whenever by just leaving key cards in room as we had to leave quite early. Free parking right outside room door! :)
