Modern room. Clean. Great updated bathroom. Good water pressure. Quiet aircon (on low fan) Location. Close to shops & eating establishments. Could not hear traffic. Full house lots of tradies (ourselves included) & not one incident or out of control noise. Everyone was brilliant. I forgot a couple of items in the room & the staff were gracious to post to me in Melbourne. Incredible service & kindness.

Like most people, there is nothing like your own bed. We found ours a little uncomfortable, but it was only for two nights. Not a deal breaker!

We loved the 'new' refurbished room. Everything we needed was there. The room was very fresh and clean. It was so nice to come into a cool room ready after a long drive.. Value was great. We would definitely recommend it and stay again. Excellent position.

Everything was fine. The room was compact but had all we needed. There could be hooks near the shower to hang towels in the bathroom. The bed was not too bad, just comfortable. The pillows were extremely soft and not supportive. I wouldn't really say it's a romantic spot but plenty of romantic things to do in Swan Hill.

Very clean and neat property. Easy to collect the key from the key safe using the code texted to us. Easy to park. Room was lovely and clean, fresh new linen and plush towels. The pool and pool area again was neat and tidy. Loved the addition of the camping kitchen with fridge and microwave and bbq etc. to use. TV and fans in the pool area too.

Due systemic issues my booking did not get to Paruna though I did receive confirmation from booking.com, however Paruna motel operator was kind enough to get me into the settler motel next door. Hence I am unable to rate Paruna at all but was impressed by the prompt action taken by the lady I spoke to.

Reservation mixed up but was dealt with swiftly and professionally

It gave us lots of high quality content the room was really comfortable and spacious which made it really inviting. It didn’t give us a night light but the dinning table had a really bright light over hanging from it so that made it a night light.

It was just that the bathroom lights were really dull so we just used the heat function

The Receptionists Rachel and Anne at Lady Augusta were very accommodative allowing our group to use the barbeque as the one at Pramuna Motel was not working

The Barbeque was not working... The freezer compartment of the 3 refrigerators were not functioning in the three rooms we occupied.

Location is central, we had one of the older rooms which was still ok. we choose to stay at the Paruna whenever we are in Swan Hill as it is comfortable and good value for money :)

Just a little worn and torn particularly the bathroom.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I mentioned it was my first trip back to my hometown for 30 years and they were interested and welcoming. We arrived late in the evening and access to our keys was excellent. They offered us an upgrade next visit! Lets hope it is not so long next time!

I didn't like that we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities more as we were only there overnight.

Room was modern and very clean. Bathroom was modern and very clean with quality toiletries. Motel was easy to find and very close to attractions. No street noise from our room and we had a great nights sleep.

I used the Booking Ref on the Booking.com receipt to try to check in to retrieve the room key from the lock box. I hadn't seen that a text had been sent through a couple of hours prior to arriving with the key code as I had been driving for the last few hours. This made the check in process a tad frustrating.

the room was great and we enjoyed the stay.

On arrival however, we had been given a different room to what we had organised online and I had to contact the motel to sort this out while we waited.
