Has been updated and looks as described in pics, so quite nice and no disillusionment. The downfall for me was no actual spare blanket if required though died have spit system. There’s quite a lot of light in the room at night with the glass ensuite door and also the fridge with the temp light. This actually was quite discomforting and shining right in your eyes as you try to sleep. Had to end up covering the fridge. All in all though was a nice place to stay and quite central to everything.

The location and the room was exceptional. Good value for money.

The bathroom was also exceptional but just needed a bit more attention to cleaning as there were hairs from previous guests all over the bathroom floor. Also maybe or at least a 2 ply toilet paper would be better lol 🤷‍♂️ also no parking available if hotel fully booked. No spaces were available I had to park illegally and move the car very early the next morning. besides the above the room was great.

Nice simple, uncluttered decor. Comfortable bed. Happy with the accommodation as an overnight stay but no TV available,

We were told Channel 7 and 9 were not operating but found that no TV channels were working for us, We were offered the opportunity to contact reception if there was a problem but when you are tired you really can't be bothered with making a complaint late at night.

Extremely clean and tidy. Seamless check in/out. Excellent facilities for the price. Parking was tight but available. Location was decent and easy to get to. Fairly quiet for a motel, there was only faint traffic noise and barely any noise from adjacent rooms. Bathroom was very nice. This was the best night I had in a week of travelling to, around and back from Adelaide including hotels.

clean and modern room, very comfortable bed, good shower. great location and eventhough its on the main road, you could not hear any traffic noise.

tv wasnt working, and although the staff advised us of thsi, and they put the apps on the TV, it would not connect in my room to the apps or to netflix - but not a really big deal as i wasnt there to watch tv :-)

Clean, comfortable beds. Very close to places to eat dinner and breakfast.

No sound on ch. 7 & 9 on tv. We were advised when checking in. Told it had to do with current tariff who ha, and parts held up???? Need to fix this when customers are paying top dollar. Lighting was bright with only other option the bedside lamps which where quite dim when not in bed.

Pleased to get a ground floor room - not sure if that’s because we paid for a slightly larger room than we first looked at. Motel looks a bit dated from the outside but our room had been refurbished recently and was clean , spacious and comfortable.

Renovated rooms with beautiful interiors, I was not expecting this from a motel in regional Victoria. Fresh look of the room made the stay very pleasant for the whole family.

Parking lot was full with no dedicated parking hence I had to use kerbside parking which was annoying as parking was part of the per night charges that were paid.

Innova Warrnambool provided a great stay for the night. Although the building looks out from the outside, the rooms have been freshly renovated and have a very modern and cosy vibe to them. The only thing I could fault was that the tv was difficult to use and wouldn’t allow connection to Netflix and other streaming services on the wifi.

The refrigerator’s LED display is a bit too bright at night. Also, it keeps rerunning when the interior temperature rises—slightly noisy. The shower area might need a curtain to block water splashes, or the bathroom floor can get wet easily. Thankfully, it’s plain concrete, not slippery tiles.
