Great size room. Clean apart from exhaust fan in bathroom. Good meals at attached hotel.

Exhaust fan cover in bathroom was filthy. This a once or twice a year job to remove and clean. Room had two doors, one facing a balcony. The balcony was not private, it was the landing between stairwells between floors. This would be fine but the curtains on sliding door to balcony did not cover the entire door, the curtain rail stopped about 10cm short. This is a privacy issue as other guests can see in, and the outdoor lighting also comes in all night.

Excellent location on Denham foreshore. Good size room with balcony overlooking the bay. Great view of sunsets. Friendly staff. Pool. Parking. Good to see that renovation work is underway to refresh the resort.

Room seemed a bit damp - couldn't dry anything. Not sure why a diffuser is necessary in bathroom. Pillows hard or lumpy. These few little things meant that the expense seemed high.

No breakfast

Although the hotel room was clean and comfortable and no complaints there , The general upkeep of the actual building needs a bit of tlc . The handrail on the stairs came away from the wall near our room, the area surrounding the pool needs work as there were a lot of broken tiles some with sharp edges and the wood railings around our balcony look like they could do with upgrading

We paid a little extra for a sea front room and it was really worth the money! We had a very spacious room with a sofa, and a small balcony for watching the sun set! The bathroom was nice and big and we had a small kitchen area too. I also used the small pool whilst we were there. The location was perfect for getting to Monkey Mia and Denham was a lovely place to stay for a few nights on our way up the North Coast.

Everything. This is our second stay at the Heritage Resort & will happily stay there again. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Each day, housekeeping asked if we needed clean towels or the room made up. Great location close to shops, with the beach just across the road. The bar & bistro has a great atmosphere & the food was great. The Manager who is the lady who checks you in is fantastic she is very helpful.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Great location in the middle of the main street of Denham where everything you need is a short walk away and the foreshore with a nice area of lawn is across the road. The pub adjacent was a bonus and had nice meals there and of course some chill-out time watchng the sunset over a few drinks.

Would ave been nice to have a toaster.

Had a speedbump with our room allocation that was quickly sorted out with an upgrade to an ocean view room. After that, everything went well. Great service, hotel staff exceptionally good and very friendly. Hotel was right on the main street, so absolutely everything was easy to find and access.

Room allocation was not as advertised, so we had to work through that, but everything else was terrific. Pool could also possibly be heated, it was quite cold when we tried it.

Size of rooms and location

I only would've needed to pay for 1 room for my family when booking if I'd known there was going to be a fold out bed and a sofa bed in each room. Staff didn't acknowledge you at bar and restaurant. Weren't told whether they would come to table to take order or whether we had to go to bar. Town was extremely windy. Couldn't use pool as they were doing maintenance.

Nice spacious room, good location with many restaurants walking distance and the ocean across the road. Comfortable beds with nice linen. Also a sofa bed in the room and a tv.

Parking and patio door couldn't be locked. Also it started pouring with rain and lot of puddles outside the room.

Room was fine, nice and clean and facilities good.

The checkin time is supposed to be 2.00 which is OK. However, on arrival we were told the room is not ready and we would have to wait for 15 minutes and they would contact us. 45 minutes later and having not heard from them, I rang and oh yes it is ready. This is a little annoying because after traveling you want to just get in your room, shower and tidy up. On exiting it is expected you leave right on 10 am so arrivals could be better handled.
