Great Value for a Comfortable Stay We stayed at this motel for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. While the property is a bit older, it was very clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a good night’s rest. Having stayed in other places at a similar price point, the standard here was definitely much higher. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our short stay even better.

we missed having softer bedside lamps, as the light near the bed was quite bright and harsh.

We stayed at a separate location from the main motel complex. It was a short drive up the road. We had a good sized self contained unit with plenty of room for the four of us. Use of a free laundry and bbq as well as a proper kitchen in the unit.

The two single beds are actually in the living space so there’s no privacy for them . A screen or something would be good .

For budget accommodation the room was perfectly fine, outdated and nothing special but had everything we needed. A short walk into the town centre. We stayed for 2 nights in a family room, situated at the back of the motel which was great as it was quiet and off the main road. A queen and single bed in the main room (reasonably sized) and the second (smaller) room with 2 single beds and was clean and tidy. The addition of a full size fridge was great (we didn't need it but if staying for a week or so over summer it would be perfect!). The staff were very friendly and helpful and happy to help with any requests we had during our stay.

Overall the room was very clean however there was quite a bit of mould build-up on some of the shower tiles. A good scrub by housekeeping would remove it but it was a bit off-putting. There was also no lock on the bathroom door.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom house which was recently renovated. Beds: very comfortable!! Home: really nicely decorated. Attention to detail. Laundry: had laundry detergent, two new Bosch washing machine and a dryer. Outside area: table and chairs and a bbq. Good place to sit outside

The only thing I would say is that the shower sliding doors were a bit hard to open and close. They could be replaced perhaps.

Complimentary teabags and milk. Hairdryer. Central location. Pain free and efficient checkin/out.

An ill fitted blind (only) at the window meant being woken at 5am with the sun shining on my face. Please add curtains!. Room on road side have some traffic noise. Lack of pegs/unbroken pegs presented issues when pegging out washing to dry.

The location was great, walking distance to the main parts of town that a visitor would like to go to. The staff were friendly, approachable with nothing to difficult to help with. Very good to see, made it very comfortable.

The ability to cook in the room was limited, however I still managed to make very simple meals. Staff were more than happy to assist cleaning the BBQ area after use. It was very clean.

Large room, comfortable beds and the shower had great water pressure. A little further from town center but perfect if you have a car or don't mind a small walk. Staff are friendly and helpful to visitors.

Found connecting to WIFI a little complicated as needed to be outside the room for the set up. Unable to connect inside. Once connected the first t8ime it was then usable inside the room.

Milk, tea and coffee provided - fabulous. Great to be able to have a cuppa before locating the supermarket. Good little kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Good water pressure and temp in the shower. They let me store my bag before check-in and then again after checkout. Whilst the complex was busy, it was pretty quiet.

Price was a little high but tbh one of the cheaper places in town.

Loved our stay here, ended up staying an extra 2 nights. Probably the best place we stayed throughout our entire roadtrip. Room was super clean, comfortable, and large. Even though the fixtures were dated, they have been well taken care of and well-cleaned. BBQ facilities included a regular stovetop so you could cook in a regular pan (they provided all BBQ equipment). Laundry lines came with more than enough pegs to hang up clothes. Overall a well-cared for property which we really enjoyed.

I didn’t know about the breakfast. Was it supposed to be included? If so, we weren’t told about it at check in. I was happy with the room.I especially loved how it had a toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and extra towel rails in the bathroom. I like how the fridge was bigger than we expected. I think this motel deserves a 3.5 star. The only thing letting it down is it’s dated but not terrible.

Some parts of the room were dusty but overall it was good. The freezer was dirty and had a couple large chunks of ice so when it was self defrosting it caused the melted ice to flood the fridge. I eventually just put a towel in there to absorb it.
