My teenage daughter and I loved everything. From the decent value for money to the amazing Camp kitchen, the pool that changed my world for a week and the convenience of being able to park so close to our room. Need I go on?..ok my morning coffee from the Cafe was epic and the made instore gelato after dinner every night was the icing on the cake. Thanks gang. We'll be back.

Occasional out of control kids at the pool doing bombies etc with no supervision. I became the mean old lady when I spoke up😝. Private room walls were paper thin and the wooden patio made for quite a rackett especially with kids playing chase around them. But you get that everywhere you go. Just lack of decent parenting I suppose.

We stayed at a studio apartment for 16 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was nice and functional, perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the BBQ area, which was great to use. Having a washing machine on the premises was super convenient, and the apartment also came with a large drying rack attached, which was a nice touch. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

The only downside was that we had to ask at reception for fresh towels instead of them being provided automatically after a few days.

The cabin had the essentials that we needed. The bed was comfy, bed linen was soft and comfy, shower was nice, nice big fridge and great air con as it was definitely needed with 40° days. We felt really comfortable in the chalet. The pool was only a 2min walk from the cabin. The pool was large and had plenty of chairs (needed a few more umbrellas though as it was very hot). The laundry was central and very convenient and easy to use.

Sometimes a sewerage smell coming from bathroom. The pool was always a warm temp and not cool.

This was a last minute booking as our booked swim with the whale sharks was brought forward by a day due to poor weather forecast. I chose this resort because of the lovely big pool shown in the photographs and anticipated high temps in late 30s, early 40s. Although I received an e-mail saying that their pool was closed and offering free cancellation or change of date, being on the road with poor reception I did not have time to book something else. I requested a small credit as a token gesture but this was declined. I appreciate that Exmouth is generally a more expensive place to stay due to the tourist attractions and distance but a gesture would have been appreciated.

It had the services we needed. We used the restaurant a couple of times. We washed our clothes. The shower was hot the studio had basic but working equipment. The staff were helpful and halfway through we had fresh towels The bedside lights and tables are handy. Liked the verandah.

The microwave knobs labels were worn off and took a while to figure out..but we did. Some fridge shelves were missing. Having only 2 cups. 2 glasses 2 spoons etc was a bit of drag..washing up constantly. The big cane chairs at the table made getting to the fridge or bathroom squashy. Smaller chairs would help.

I loved this cabin so much. Well sized, quiet, excellent location, private, good parking, good neighbours, great wifi with a smart television for netflix, and a free pouch of Ningaloo coffee. I was so pleased I picked this place.

My only tiny concern was I'm not 100% sure of the cleanliness of the bedlinen (although it may have just been old), there was sometimes a faint 'seweragey' smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, and my clothes line was broken (annoying when I had wet clothes every day from the beach). Also some pegs supplied to the cabin wouldn't go astray.

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Large communal kitchen and each room provided with crockery and a few cooking tools (including a tea towel) which was great.

The floorboards of the cabins were quite creaky, so you could hear people moving around (not too disturbing though). Also FYI if booking a room, check the included facilities as ours did not have an ensuite - instead we had to use a keycard to get into the toilets/showers. Only a minor inconvenience though as the facilities are close to the rooms.

We booked very late for Exmouth and Ningaloo and were thrilled to get into a cabin at the Ningaloo Caravan & Holiday Park (NCHP). It was so good - fabulous staff (honestly, can’t say enough about how great they were), really good services (cafe and restaurant on site - plus a fun pool), and, importantly, no one cares if you get up at 0530 to drive to Ningaloo to swim with Whale Sharks - it’s all so chilled. Waking up to the birds at sunrise was amazing. No sleeping in here anyway, all whale shark, fishing and snorkelling tours pick you up around 7am. Shared bathrooms were clean and had a security tag to get in and out, so no matter what time you needed the bathrooms, I felt safe as a female. Gorgeous, large pool. BBQ Father restaurant and deli on site as well as a Mexican food caravan. Lots of big trees for shade of you're in a tent. 30min easy walk to Town Beach, 10min away from shopping strip, 2 min walk to petrol station for water and snacks etc

I would go back and stay there again

Great Little chalet, good facilities on site including pool and restaurant. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. Parking right outside. Good air con. Fresh water in fridge, useful information pack in room. Problem free check in and out. Great central location for shops and restaurants, easy walk to Exmouth beach.

Nothing really, all good. Chalet away from road so nice and quiet.
