The court yard was filled with plants, tables and chairs etc which made it very appealing. The pool was small but perfect for a cool dip after a hot day. There were lots of tables, plants, and loungers around the pool too so that made it inviting. You also use the two outdoor BBQ’s around the pool area. I loved the kitchen which was spacious and contained everything you could think of for preparing a meal including cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, kettle, toaster … there was even an air fryer. The kitchen had two full sized fridges, two stoves, two double sinks and abundant counter space for prep. It was clean and air conditioned too. The staff were friendly and the emus came in regularly to be hand fed. The room had both a ceiling fan and an air conditioner.

The rooms were on the small side but the bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the artificial plant in the rooms which took up space in an already small area.

The shared kitchen was simply awesome: it had everything we could possibly want to use and more. The games room had super comfortable couches and a pool table, and I really enjoyed the swimming pool and inviting outdoor lounges with BBQs ready for use. Everyone was free to do their own thing, and nobody hassled us about anything. The informative video about Ningaloo playing in the dining room showed lots of interesting places to visit & things to do. With our hire car we went all over the place, swam at different beaches on both sides of the peninsula, and nothing was out of reach :) -Luckily, a friend had warned us to pack some food and bottles of water each day (as many beaches don't have cafés), so we were prepared for that, and had a great trip discovering all these beautiful spots everywhere.

Plastic plants in vases taking up space on bedside tables (we put them on top of storage cupboard until our departure). And I whacked my arm on metal leg of bedside table which is higher than the mattress (then propped the side of bed with decorative pillows to avoid a repeat).

Kitchen facilities were great. Lodge close to shops. We didn't use the pool. The outdoor dining settings were absolutely very welcome for a drink, cheese and biscuits.

Room was quite small. Nowhere for 2nd suitcase to be placed in the room. On arrival we were not greeted very well at all. It seemed to be too much trouble for a couple of the staff. I had to ask for a hair dryer which was ok and I returned it the next morning. The free dryer was a bonus so that we didn't have to travel with wet towel and bathers. Although the room was small it is only for sleeping anyway.

The shared kitchen was very convenient. It was large, clean, and well stocked, several tables/chairs, hot water kettles, lots of dishes and cooking supplies, two stoves, two full size fridges, microwaves, free (instant) coffee/tea/hot chocolate, sugar and milk. I saw families preparing large meals. (My photo only shows half of the kitchen.) A few outdoor tables/chairs, too. There was also a mini fridge in my room. Much appreciated the laundry facilities on site. Ceiling fan was great, didn't need the A/C. I arrived very late and there were instructions about how to get my key, etc - very easy. I was traveling solo and it was all good for me.

The shower was just a curtain hanging around a corner of the bathroom with a drain in the floor, but then I had booked only a single room. Maybe the larger rooms have a larger shower space. This style of shower showed up in one other hotel in which I booked a single room.

The facilities were surprising and great. Kitchen/dining area had lots of cooking equipment like toasters, toasted sandwich maker, hotplates etc, lots of plates and cutlery, large shared fridges. Also a large laundry with hanging area, common shared spaces inside and out, pool. Short walk to town centre and shops. Really good if you are travelling and don't want to eat out all the time and have an extended stay, or want to give up van life for a bit.

The plastic plants in the room. There's not enough space in the rooms and there's an amazing real garden outside.. the plastic plants detract from that.

Ningaloo Lodge has a common kitchen/rec room where everyone is welcome to prepare and eat meals. The kitchen has everything including cook tops, microwaves, toaster ovens, fridges, toasters/kettles and sinks, as well as all of the necessary pots, pans, cutting boards, crockery and cutlery that you will need. They also have onsite laundry facilities, a pool, two BBQs and outside tables for meals or recreation. The staff were always warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, with twin or queen beds, a robe, bar fridge, TV and separate bathroom. Good onsite parking out front and easy walking distance to the main shopping precinct.

We liked everything and will definitely stay here again.

The communal areas (kitchen, patio, laundry) worked really well. Everything was set up so that it was easy to self-cater and relax. The outdoor area was very pleasant with nice tropical gardens. The whole place had a nice homey feel to it and the hosts had really set everything up so that it was easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Very reasonably priced.

The rooms are tiny by modern standards - it was hard for us to open up our suitcases and find places for everything - but we worked it out OK. Having the big communal areas really made up for this.

It has the most well stocked camp Kitchen I have ever visited. It eliminated the need to buy the little things and condiments. This made self catering, when we did, a breeze. The out door area was also fabulous. Plenty of tables in a beautiful garden with shade if you wanted to use it during the day.

The rooms are small and the bathrooms have seen better days. But I always say that if you are spending your holiday in your room you are not doing it right. There was no need to go to your room at all except to shower and sleep.

Our shower broke, which isnt a reflection of the property, however what is a reflection of the property is that within 5 minutes a handyman/staff member/plumber was at our door and fixing the shower in 10 mins more! One of the few places in the region with semi-decent wifi. Although we didnt use much of the communal areas, there was a lovely pool area, lots of outdoor shaded seating, a large kitchen, dining room, 2 lounge areas all with lots of equipment/helpful info etc Main Exmouth area 10 minute walk.

The room was quite small (double room), we had no where to place suitacases and the air conditioning was quite ineffective (although we didnt mention this at the time).

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a little mini fridge in the room which was handy. The shared kitchen was always clean and had plenty of mugs, glasses, cutlery etc. There was a variety of free tea and coffee with some free milk for the guests. There were two large fridges with a freezer for guests to use too. Plus a range of sunscreen and bug repellant you could use. Lots of seating in the kitchen and outdoors too. It's also just a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre that has boutique and tourist shops, grocery stores, bakery, bars, resturantes and different excursion offices.

The walls were thin so I could hear the other guests but people were respectful and there was no late night noise.
