We had a problem with the original cabin and were quickly and happily given new cabins. The rooms were clean. Shower worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Air con lovely and cool. Pool was clear and inviting. Bed very firm but comfortable.

One of our cabins did not have a bath mat. The website says swimming towels are provided, we did not have any in the cabin but we did not ask about them either so they may have been available from reception. A wheely rubbish bin outside one cabin reeked and was clouded with flies. This was moved after we asked it be emptied.

Fantastic staff, let me check in early unexpectedly, offered my kids icey poles on arrival. Good location, close to the centre of town and a great hiking trail but also out of the busy area if Karratha could be called busy.

Really minor maintenance level stuff in the unit. Drain plugs that dont seal, tap leaks a bit outside. Super minor and not holiday ruining in any way.

I love our location cause close to the toilet and playground of the kids. Also kids love the pool

What I don't like the green rubbish bin so awful smell maybe the previous throw something that so smelly and hope they should take it off the rubbish even that one is full or not before the other renter come. The pool not big enough for others if every one will go and have a swim.

Location near everything. Takeaway, IGA and fuel nearby. Has a pool to cool down. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced.

Old room, old aircon which was very noisy. Hotplate starter didn't work, had to get one from office as don't smoke and have a lighter. They had them so all good. Couldn't connect my laptop to the wifi but may have been my security on the laptop.

The cabin was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning had been turned on prior to my arrival so the room was lovely and cool. The park is very tidy and user friendly.

A little too much light from the windows at night. One window blind needs to be turned around so that it unfurls against the window rather than over the roll. The other blind was against the window and worked well. There wasn't a full compliment of cutlery, only 1 fork and one teaspoon. Ok for me travelling on my own but not enough for a couple.

Good value for money and larger cabin than expected

Some of the smaller details could do with some work. Light fixtures partially hanging from ceiling, toilet roll holders mounted uneven, ceiling exhaust fans that are on their last legs and sound like they’re about to die.

Cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything was supplied so we could prepare our own meals. Air-conditioning was turned on prior to our arrival so the cabin was cool on a very hot day. The full-sized kitchen and laundry were very handy.

Location and cleanliness were great. Size was comfortable for a night or so stay. Plenty of space for the family.

If I'm being picky, I'd say the lounge furniture could be more comfortable. Not very comfortable to "lounge" on. Other than that, small upgrades to the shower head and some aesthetics would make it perfect.

Everything about the unit we stayed in #97 And the easy of picking our key up after hours. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful. When reporting to the office the staff member lady in front office was so helpful and gave us some good tops on where to go in and around Karratha. Plus very friendly and a pleasure to deal with .. Thank you for making our flying visit so much easier with a nice place to stay and great service 😀

Good-sized cabins, and comfortable beds

There were so many people smoking on the balconies of neighbouring cabins that it made it unpleasant to sit outside. The kids' playground also really needs a shade cover!
