My room was large and had a couch. The ensuite was also large. The staff in all places - reception, cleaning, bar and bistro were all very friendly and helpful. And the food was good. Great pool. There was also a good cafe across the road called Spilled the Beans in the caravan park as well as a nice walk. The complementary airport pickup and drop off was great.

Not having a back entrance meant you had to walk a long way round to get to something behind. It was also a bit out of town for walking. Not far but just so hot. None of this would be a problem if you had a car.

Layout and pool were lovely. Location is great

Resturant food was terrible both time we ate there. The risoto was missing ingrediants and bland. We found plastic in it so id say left over and reheated. Next night got a burger that was cold and inedible. The patty was so burnt and hard you could not chew it. Happy hour at the bar is ok if you drink beer. Daily room service didnt happen daily

Well spaced out, rooms were large and comfortable

No breakfast available even though compendium said it was, had a good bar area, the evening meal menu selection was good, but after ordering took one hour to arrive, the chicken snitzel was well over cooked, l should have taken it back but couldn’t be bothered waiting for a replacement, the four meals ordered were pretty poor in quantity.

Close to the lake and within walking distance of the small town, the hotel has a good bar and restaurant. Rooms were spacious and modern. Staff were incredibly helpful and gave me some great recommendations for things to do while we stayed in Kunnunurra. The flight over Bungle Bungles was outstanding, trip to Lake Argyle lovely (fantastic sunset swim and great wildlife experience. The walk around the small national park close to town was also pleasant.

Nice big comfortable room, huge bathroom, beautiful pool & good dinners available in onsite restaurant.

Worst hot breakfast we’ve been offered in 3months travel. So bad management fully refunded our payment. Cant even get a coffee. Great dinners though! Massive bathroom with so much wall space free & 1 tiny towel rail - not even a hand towel hook?!

It was handy to have the bar and restaurant in the facility. The room was well airconditioned and spacious.

didnt like the cobwebs and spiders in the bathroom. Weird that the room got serviced some days and not others ?? and the cobwebs and spiders were never removed.

it was a large pool with a great grassy and paved space around it which provided a number of shady places. The rooms were spacious and ours looked onto the pool area which was away from the main road noise. They also allowed us to have a late check out which was great as our flight wasn’t until mid afternoon.

As usual in this area you need to be very security conscious which is a shame.

I accidentally booked the wrong night it was all sorted and have a refund coming 😀. They were so kind and understanding and one of our rooms was ready so they gave us the key straight away and phoned when the other room was ready. The pool was great for the kids and they spent a lovely couple of hours swimming. Will definitely be a returning customer 👏

Nothing it was good

The location and the staff make this property, Sabrina was lovely on the phone when we had to arrive a day early and welcomed us when we arrived worse for wear after 4 nights bush camping. The pool is beautiful and sparkling, the rooms could do with a bit of a deep clean and sticking down the carpet squares (tripping hazard for elderly but fine for us!)

Could do with a proper scrub of the bathrooms but forgiven as I k ow the town is struggling with staff during Covid in the town. wasn’t unclean just needed a scrub! Bedding and towels are all spotless and new and the toiletries provided where good quality given it’s basically a motel. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was the only downfall. It was tasteless and the scrambled egg was dry the orange juice was cheap and over sweet concentrated staff.

I understand places are understaffed and it was noticeable at breakfast one person and she was left alone making breakfast look like it was not on when we walked in there was no juices of cereals out
