Truly fantastic hotel at wonderful place. Exquisite food with wide of variety of choice even for small kids. Dinners with nice local wines served on deck - just awesome. Pool and spa, refreshing bathing in surrounding natural lakes. And at not the last, great staff - welcoming, professional, nice to kids.

WIFI could be better - at certain places, it's almost non-existent. Also the signage could be better - I'd bet that number of newcoming guests end at the daily reception to the wellness and spa area instead of the hotel itself ;-)

Wonderful hotel. Perfect therme with mineral water (32-35 degrees C). Fantastic facilities. Highly delicious and rich food in breakfast and dinner. Mini bar is included and it is refilled every day. Comfortable bed. Convenient parking. Different opportunities of outdoor activities. The night music in the bar near the lobby was very nice.

The low speed of the internet. The public outdoor and indoor pools were very crowded, but these in the lodge were just perfect! The little choice of food in the bars near the lodge pools.

We were not informed of some activities and having never been before did not get to do them (we will next time). Children’s menu was a little boring if you’re there for more than 4 days

We had great 3 days, everything was comfortable and fun, the breakfest and dinner were great, the spa facilities were super, highly recommended

It would be nice to have free or at least avaliable coffee and tea during the day for hotel guests, bar and coffeeshop quite expensive

Fabulous lodge with superb Therme in a stunning setting. Friendly and helpful staff. We checked in early and had full use of the facilities while our room was being prepared. Family spa (with swimwear) can be visited Fri and Saturday morning, which we could go to with our 9 year old son. We booked half board, so our evening meal (four courses) was included. The food was excellent, delicious and well presented. Especially liked the later check out (12pm), which meant we could use the facilities the next morning. The Lodge is extremely clean and comfortable and well decorated. It was a perfect end to our cycling trip and no doubt a special treat. We would love to return.

The nest beds at the lodge pool were reserved for suites, but during our stay more than half were empty and there were no free beds for us to lie in. We felt that was a pity and use could be monitored better

Despite not a low number of guests this property is so huge that you do not feel crowds in any spots. Sauna and pools are properly managed and there is enough beeths for everybody. Restaurant serves delicacy food.

We did not know that sauna area was included in the basic price (until we asked of course) so some people may hesitate to use it going through 2 check points.

Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent food and amenities, great spa and pools, very attentive and organized staff. I also appreciated the nice birthday present. Every detail was taken care of.

The hotel is perfect for relaxing! The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious and the dinner every evening was as if we had a Michelin stars chef. congratulation for everyone who work in the kitchen! We rented an e-bike and took a 3 hours tour. Was really nice! The theme-sauna spa was very clean nice- there are so many places inside you can relax, swim use sauna, eat, drink.... Everybody was very polite and helpful with us in the hotel. We had a great time. we wish to go back soon!

Would be good to have a more comfortable bed and pillow. All the rest was perfect.

We appreciated the loaf of bread we received on departure. This gesture was very nice and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was perfect. the little park outside with the animals, the food with the buffet…

a small kids park would be the perfect add on. and a much better wifi.
