Clean, very nicely decorated and posh, very kind and welcoming staff, big room and very beautiful view. Location was really perfect and all in all I had very good stay. Breakfast was not so big but very high quality and tasty. I would definitely recommend here

The breakfast was good but it could have offered a wider choice. For instance only lightly boiled eggs was the only egg available. The location was very good close to the old town centre.
There was no facility for an evening drink. There appeared to be a small bar at the check-in location but when we went down in the evening that room was closed.

This is a charming, well-situated hotel. The beds are really comfortable, and the view from the balcony is great. The garden is beautiful and very private. It is a very quiet and peaceful place, situated perfectly for exploring northeastern Steiermark.

The room was quite large, fully equipped with classy furniture. I had a desk, which turned useful to answer to a work urgency in the morning. Not only the place is quiet, but from the balcony you see the town without having any window looking at you. Parking in the courtyard was really comfortable. I asked for a late check-in and they left the keys in an automatic box. The breakfast was really good quality (even if I couldn't try meat because it was Friday). Staff was smiling.

Fantastic stay and amazing service. Beautiful room, lovely reception staff, great breakfast, very quite ambiente and very large room including Terrace. Would definitely stay again at this place.
Instead of 2 single beds next to each other 1 large bed would have been better

Perfect location beside the Schloss (and with free parking). Big room, comfy beds and quite location. Breakfast was good, even with corona restrictions. Very freindly owner.
Room was very hot and stuffy so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night. Wifi was quite weak.
