Very nice hotel, pleasant staff, nice room, excellent food

Spa area is very cold and not comfortable, no interesting program, too expensive for this hotel level. Also, hotel is charging 10euro tip for staff per day without declining option….

The hotel is next to gondolas which takes you all the way to the top. The restaurant and the staff are really nice , versatile food and dinner in courses where you choose the menu.

To many people using wellness area , I don’t know if it’s the politics of hotel or what but throughout the wellness area 90% of people are walking naked carrying towels in their hands … very strange where we didn’t felt ok and comfortable with that. Jacuzzi especially , full naked and there is room for like 10 people which is of course full. Nothing else

Although it's a large hotel, we felt like we were in a boutique hotel, thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff who were always at our service. The restaurant is excellent, with a rich selection of dishes, as well as the lobby bar which offers an excellent choice of drinks. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel's advantage is its proximity to the ski resort, as well as the large wellness center.

Everything was great, really, we were happy and impressed by everything: food, decor, staff, extra activities the offer, location, the list goes on. We truly felt like at home or even better and could not recommend this place enough, will definitely stay in a Falkensteiner chain again.

There were quite a few ants in the outside pool/grass area, which was annoying, however not the hotel’s fault / just something to keep in mind before going to lounge by the pool, to maybe put some repellent on.

Food is plenty, selection is fine and versatile. Room is big enough, bath also. Location cant be better.

Public part of the spa is not well equiped, should have an open sauna as well. Rooms are too hot, even with the air con on lowest level. Shower with glass wall towards the room is a bit silly.

Tasty food, good choice. Very comfortable nice size room, beds were perfect. Lovely big bathroom, powerful hot shower, double sinks - we had our 12 year old daughter in the room with us and found everything spacious with plenty of storage for clothes in the room. Great location for the main Tropolach bubble. Mainly very friendly staff. Good boot room for ski equipment.

Bar staff female attendant was a bit rude and inattentive. No facility to make hot drinks in room.

Great location and professional staff, everything at the hotel is made to make the holidays full of relaxation. Millennium express was 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It was nice to relax at the spa zone in the afternoons.

Bed mattress was too hard and not perfectly comfy.

The one thing that really stood out for me, was the excellent service by the staff. They were very friendly and always helpful.

The room itself was fabulous, the only thing i hated was the matress. For me it was way too hard.

location, walking distance to Millenium express, staff were great, from reception desk to restaurant and bar, they were so good, pool area were exceptional, outdoor pool so hot

rooms and lobby and restaurant are outdated, but anyway they have a plan to redecorated this spring

Everything was absolutely amazing - from the location and surroundings, great atmosphere and environment, delicious food every night to the little things the staff paid attention to which made our stay really special. We felt really welcomed and nothing was an issue. Very grateful to everyone at Falkensteiner Carinzia!
