The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, room is very big. Dog friendly

There's no bottle water provided free in the room, needs to pay for it. The location is very remote and the road to the schwarzsee is block from the hotel side, you can see it but you cannot walk through, it has to go a long way around to get in

The breakfast was very good nad its a lovely peaceful place but you need a car or ok for one night stopover

The only thing personally i didn’t like was people bringing dogs in the breakfast room and on the second day they didn’t fill up the breakfast buffet so there wasn’t much choice in the meats

Good location nearby highway to Croatia. Connection to Graz center by bus or nice bicycle path. Lake and beach (private one - entrance fee to pay) opposite to the hotel. The hotel does not have own kitchen but very good breakfast. Rooms very clean and spacious.

No air condition at the room. Worth to check the weather before - it was above 30 degrees at the end of August.

There is a lot to like about this hotel, but you need to understand this is not a hotel in the city, it is close to the highway and the airport, so you really need to have your car here. If you do, this is a great stop during a road trip to Italy or the Balkans. The hotel is nicely renovated, very clean and modern. There is a big, free parking. Staff is very friendly. Room was very big, with a large, comfy bed. There was a large smart TV, big bathroom with a rain shower. The interior is very pretty, almost made for Instagram. Would absolutely stay again.

There is only one poor thing in this hotel, it doesn't have air conditioning. Or a balcony. Also the breakfast could be bigger, it is rather basic but all bread, meats, cheeses etc are very fresh and tasty.

The staff were super nice and friendly, and they have answered all the questions we asked. The hotel has a very unique airport theme which my Kids loved. The breakfast was tasty and is perfect for our family. There was a huge parking space for our car. There were also some activities to do nearby like having a walk beside the lake or visiting an indoor trampoline facility near the hotel.

No kettle in room, no kettle in the lobby - to make cup of tea after 10pm is not possible. Thats an unnecessary flaw in a otherwise nice hotel.

We appreciated the simple instructions and the flexibility of checking us in at night.

No air conditioning. The noise from plane departures was disruptive, but it was manageable with the windows closed.

The staff were great The two girls at reception were funny and pleasant. The rooms were modern with a good vibe and style

The hotel is quite isolated and very little within walking distance. However it's fine for a stay over while traveling.

The rooms are extra clean and cozy. Easy check-in even in late hours is a huge asset if you are staying here for one night during a longer car trip. The breakfasts are so tasty as well! It was our second time here and we will come back again for sure.

It’s really quiet place, with lots of nature. We come with dog and it was so nice that we can walk really long distance in nature. Nice view to the small lake nearby, where you can also walk. Breakfast was really great. This is first hotel that we feel really welcome with dog. Room are really comfortable
