excellent shuttle service, nice room, wonderful breakfast, 'zen' spa with great sauna, most of all the special 'infusion' sessions

Amazing hotel, a little more unique and cool than your average mountain 5*! Incredible staff, super attentive and kind. Incredible food, compliments to the chef! 😊 Who was also a really nice person. From the staff Kevin, Adriana and Nicole were great and made our stay even better but also the others were lovely. Really lovely spa also, with open fire in the pool area - very cool! Location not in Ischl but the readily available shuttle was perfectly fine, 10 mins ride to Ischl. Will be coming back! Magda & Matt

Location on a larger road not the most intimate but the hotel makes up for it.

Rooms - clean, not huge, but not tiny either. Very comfortable for two people. Breakfast and dinner - great! Our son has allergies, the staff and the Chef were very helpful. Chef always had a second dish for people with allergies. Thank you! Shuttle - very convenient and timely. Staff - friendly and accommodating. New Years Celebration - super fun! Spa facilities - big pool, saunas, treatments. All great.

Only two things: Lights in the room could be better (specifically for the closets). Too hot in the hotel, BUT the balcony door opens up and cools the room down.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The breakfast was incredible. The spa was so relaxing and nicely appointed. The room was luxurious and had a fantastic view. I believe the professional staff really makes this hotel top level. They were polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable trip. Thank you to everyone there for their hospitality!

I honestly can’t say anything negative about this hotel. It was so perfect and exceeded my expectations.

It was not our first stay in the hotel. As usual, we were very delighted by everything. Especially, everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull ! Breakfast was fantastic ! Staff in the dinner room is extremey friendly, shuttle buses very smooth ! We really appreciated the new 'infusion' session in the sauna.

Dinner was a bit variable: first 2 evenings a bit disappointing, the last 2 evenings great !

It was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly staff, welcome drink during check in. Very beautiful and cozy design, stylish interior. Amazing breakfast, and especially delicious cappuccino! We enjoyed the spa area, its really relaxing, also nice to have tea/water all the time. I had my birthday during the stay, Hotel Zhero made a surprise to me a Prosecco and little fruits plate in the room, it was very kind little gift! We rented ski and snowboard, equipment was of a good quality and well selected by the staff. Also we appreciated the free ski shuttle service so we did not need to use our car at all. Good underground parking, safe. I will definitely return to hotel Zhero once in Ischgl!

Very good and helpful staff, very good location and excellent facilities. Shuttle service was the best. Breakfast was excellent too.

A la carte restaurant.. beef meat tasted badly and the prices were very high. Not to mention the duck steak, the price was for a portion for 2 people but they charged it on the invoice doubble, as it was orderd for 4 people🤦🏻‍♀️

A perfect place to stay! Very friendly staff, everyone seemed to go the extra mile to make our stay. Although we seemed to be the only guests with kids, the hotel is very suited for travelling with kids, they were treates as kings and queens the whole stay. Was reading some bad reviews before arriving, bet experianced nothing from that.

Great Hotel. Very good breakfast. Great staff. Nice and large wellness area. The Vip Shuttle to Ischgl is very good. I will recomend this hotel to al lmy friends. And I will stay here again in just 2 weekes time!

We had an argument with one of the guests regarding the textile free sauna. He said that it is mandatory. We asked at the reception and is not!

Very trendy hotel with great ambience in every detail. The cosy, but modern large hotel bar with open fire and a good mix of lounge music makes you feel in holidays rightaway. Personnel very friendly, welcoming and flexible to guests wishes ( room, check in/ out) are making the difference. SPA is large and modern, clean with open-fire in the relaxation room. Location, is outside Ischgl, but is not a problem at all because there is a shuttle available on demand with almost no wait time. Would recommended anytime. Great breakfast, lot of fresh food, fruits, top quality and well organized.
