Absolutely amazing service! Staff at reception was super friendly and very helpful, the suite was very clean and we even received a dog treatment in the room - which was a cherry on the top :) The location is great, the town is very cute and perfect to enjoy some sightseeing or a walk. We already extended our stay for one more night and we will definitely be coming back!

had to pay for the espresso capsules for the in-room espresso maker. Although just a very small amount , but could be included in the room rate and generate an even better customer service experience. Just food for thought

The suit we stayed was modern and specious. Well equipped, even with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was better than expected great selection and perfectly cooked eggs! Just at the edge of the old town center. Helpful staff. All in all a very good experience. Perfect place to explore the Wachau region.

We spent one night in the Klinglhuber Suites during our trip to Wachau. We planned the accommodation at the last minute and we were very pleasantly surprised with this, staff was very nice, the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and there was a Nespresso machine in the room. The continental breakfast was great. We are very satisfied with this accomodation.

The staff were friendly and the location was very good. The new wing of the hotel is airconditioned. It has a small pool and area to relax.
the shower door did not close properly so water leaked out on the floor. This should have been checked and repaired before letting the room. There is a nespresso machine in the room but they charge Euro 1.20 for each capsule. At a rate of Euro 130 per night the capsules should be included.
