The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, with top-notch renovation quality. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel features a sauna (note: it is mixed-gender and nudity is required), a decent breakfast, and a ski equipment storage room. The atmosphere was very cozy, capturing the true spirit of Tyrol. The views of the mountains were stunning, and there’s a nearby forest for hiking if you’re not skiing or snowboarding.

The biggest downside is the distance from the ski lift. Although it’s marked as an 8-minute walk on maps, without a car, it becomes an intense workout—especially when carrying ski equipment back to the hotel. We struggled with this as lockers near the lift were fully booked for a week. Another downside was the automated lighting in the bathroom and hallway. While it’s likely meant to save energy, it was frustrating. At night, the hallway light would turn on, waking up the second guest, and the bathroom fan would stay noisy for 5 minutes after use. Worse, the light turned off randomly while showering, which was incredibly annoying.

Super nice “traditional” alpine decorations, very nice and big room with wonderful shower. Wonderful breakfast and very good dinner! The one dinner we had was not the fancy-type gourmet dinner but a 4-way with good old traditional Austrian food! Sauna is small but very nice.

Stay there if you want a quite location and a nice view of the pistes. But don’t stay there if you’re gonna be mad of walking some 10 mins uphill in your ski boots at the end of the day.

Very well done breakfast. An excellent selections of breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, yogurt and cereals. Freshly made eggs in 5 styles prepared to order.

We hade breakfast and dinners paid and would definitely recommend this! Great choice of food for both meals, super friendly staff 🙂💜 nice restaurant with terrace for sunny days. Hotel is close to the center by foot as well as to.skibus stop. Great sauna with nice rest room.

The hotel is amazing! It has very nice sauna area, which a big plus after a whole ski day. The room has an incredible mountain view!

The location is idyllic, very beautiful. We appreciated a lot the information of what to do in the area, with maps and timetables of activities in the towns. Staff was super friendly and nice, always helpful. It was clean.

The room was extremely warm when we arrived, it was too much.

Only stayed one night, beds were so comfy. Facilities were perfect, location is slightly outside of the town and up a hill but it is close to the Penkenbahn and the Bruck n'Stadl, what more could you want! Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Breakfast could be improved but was still nice.

Hotel was fabulous, good size rooms, great view. 8 min walk to Ahorn lift 10 to the Penkan, lift available at reception in the morning to the Penken. Great food in very popular hotel restaurant, reasonable prices will stay again, very traditional style which suited us. Lovely hotel very friendly staff.
