Spacious room for a family of four. The spa, with its rooftop pool and indoor pool on the ground floor, is a great way to relax at the end of the day. From the hotel, it’s a quick trip to the cable car to the Goldpark and the Resia pass, the starting point for a bike ride through the Venosta Valley.

The staff is professional, but lacks warmth — never that smile that would make the experience truly unforgettable. As for the food, it’s not a matter of quality or professionalism, which are both solid. The issue is the menu itself: rather flat and repetitive, with no real creativity. Over ten days, I would’ve expected at least a few themed evenings, like a barbecue night or pasta night, as I’ve seen in other hotels.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is superb. They were attentive and very helpful. We felt welcomed from the very beginning. The food was great. The restaurant staff in the mornings was absolutely nice, the bartender too, and the receptionist was extremely helpful in giving us tips on what to do in Nauders. Great team overall. Parking was not a problem at all, there were always free spots. The wellness area was superb, too, clean with lots of facilities. The skypool was really special. The internet was fast. The view of the surroundings is amazing, and the hotel is in the town's center, everything was very close.

One of the bed mattresses was a bit hard, but it was OK. But nothing else to complain about, only good things.

The Hotel in general is great with good facilities, perfect location and great food. The spa is nice and the Skypool is also very nice. The slopes are in 5 driving minutes distance - the hotel offers a shuttle, there is a free public shuttle too. The hotel has a sky rental shop and ski school office. 2 supermarkets are across the street. Infrastructure could not be better. Breakfast was also marvellous!

The rooms of the older buildings are not so nice. I understand the price is different (so apparently we paid less) but still for the general standard of the hotel the rooms are a little shabby. Especially the toilet. Also for the dinner they were a little under-staffed. Not such a big problem, the food was amazing.

The room was heated using traditional radiators. While it was warm enough, the air wasn't circulating, and the toilet fan wasn't good enough. Since the area is freezing in winter times, opening a window is not a good option.

Great hotel, with kind staff. The food is exceptional. I recommend the fine & dine experience. You can choose between many dishes every evening and enjoy a dish more than one time if you would like to, also the buffet is great.

Nothing really, maybe the sky pool could have been a bit warmer, but since it was very cold and snowy, so I don´t blame the temperature being cold.

Great hotel and wellness center, beautiful area with plenty of hiking routes, restaurants, shops and facilities reachable by foot. Awesome breakfasts, bar and friendly helpful staff.

Pillows are a pain. You have to fold it in order to get some sleep. I would expect more from the hotel of this quality.

2nd time we’ve had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful hotel! from the excellent breakfast to the exciting evening dinner, the service matches some of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! And the staff is excellent, very friendly (Super bar & resturaunt)!The wellness area is beautifully done to include the sky outdoor pool which is a wonderful experience! Shuttle bus (hotels) on demand to the Nauders ski lift so just convenient as being located directly on the slope (5 minute drive)! Our Junior superior suite was quite spacious including a whirlpool bath! Highly recommendable!!!

The shuttle bus no longer goes to the ski area SCHOENEBEN, but you can transfer at the Nauders lift with only a few minute delay.

Excellent location, room was generous, spa area was lovely, and the restaurant and food was superb.

The view from our room wasn’t very good, sky pool temperature was only 28 degrees, which felt cold.

The reception and main building is very nice

You can tell the rooms are from a previous generation from the hotel. The interior and closets are quite old, historic tiles in bathroom are over-painted. Overall, the rooms do not fit the perception and expectations of the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is superb! Right from the start, Noelia on reception was so welcoming and helpful. Our room, the comfort, the restaurant, food, spa, treatments were all excellent!! We will definitely return and highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay
