Studio room was very well equipped - stove, microwave, fridge, cutlery, dishes Spacious bathroom that even included a bidet Balcony with great view (we could always spy some cows up the mountain from our balcony) Lots of wood - inside and outside. Great Location - Train connection (only every 2 hours though), good restaurants and a grocery store (SPAR) within 10-15 minutes of walking, green mountains and lots of peaks to explore, a river in the middle of town, GREAT air, lots of animals in the area (cats, dogs, birds, cows, sheep, goats, rabbits, alpacas, ...) Buffet for breakfast and dinner sidedishes Big choice for coffee (and hot chocolate) at breakfast Definitely worth the price in summer

Drinks for dinner were a bit pricey and the "Club Lemonade" was definitely not worth the hefty price Dinner Menu only offered 3 choices with one being vegetarian and one fish which really limited the choice for meaty dishes Breakfast was missing Bacon (a classic and to me a must have), but had Berner Würstel a few times which made up for it on those days Wellness area was pretty small and did not look very inviting The hotel caters to Hungarians which is fine, but some employees had issues even with German and English and some things (like the dinner menu) were only translated into Hungarian, so non-German non-Hungarian speaking guests might have issues there

In the past, we stayed in Murau but this time we chose to stay in the area around Kreischberg and it was better! Great access to the ski lift, nearby good restaurants and great facilities at the Club Hotel. Free parking, fantastic and well-stocked buffet breakfast, spacious and very clean rooms with a convenient layout for multiple family members. We didn't use the spa facilities but there were some on site. Dogs allowed for a small additional cost.

Overall food was awesome. We had accomodation for 7 days and every day we chose different meal for dinner. On Friday and Saturday there was a grill in restaurant so there were more meals to choose from. Hotel personal was awesome and always happy to see us. Wellness was nice, there are 2 saunas that are richly enough for us with nice view on mountains. Hotel is located in beautiful valley where is nice view from apartment. We are very excited to come back in winter again.

Excellent location, close to the ski-lift. Very kind staff, surprisingly good food in their restaurant. Small but clean wellness area.

The reception is regularly overrun by guests, we often had to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone.

The wifi connection in the room was awful, useless in the evenings.

The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, perfect for 4 people. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Very close to the slopes.

The ski room was very crowded and there is no heating for the boots. You can't take them into the room either to get them dried.

I cannot claim that we did not like it, but introducing some variety in the daily served breakfast could have been an advantage

Location is great! right at the Ski lift! rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! breakfasts are acceptable

Spa facilities are limited an too much crowded! restaurant is small and overpriced compared to the variety of choices in the evenings

In short everything was excellent. The parking was easy and close, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and they solved every question quickly. The food was really great, everything was delicious!

Location is perfect. Very quiet area in the Styria mountains. Delicious breakfast, lots of choices. Room size ok. Dinner served a la carte. There is a wellnes area but we did not use. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel focused on hungarian guests. Recommended.

For New guests reception not easy to find on the beggining.
