Staff attendance great, Well trained , Food variety great n well prepared .. Breakfast n Dinner great , well prepared n served ..very tasty .. can only recommend to book Halfboard in this property. Room sizes n facilities meeting family expectations

reception team is just amazing! even if I’ve had 2 issues, they were extremely helpful! the rooms are great, everything is nice and clean, the spa part is also very enjoyable

I paid the full price for the stay but when I went for the breakfast in the morning I was put a second category client because I stayed only one Day and they haven’t assigned any table for my name.they didn’t know where to place me and they didn’t want to give me the full service which was an absolutely unacceptable that I couldn’t even get a normal napkin from the table next to me. The other thing was that the spa part isn’t open up until 8 pm. it’s open until 7.30 as the team goes home at 8. they have it written on the door is that it’s open till 8 and because of that I lost some of my stuff that I’ve put in the relaxation part and they just cleaned it. I asked where is it but nobody could find it as they just threw it out. they haven’t given me anything in return.

The hotel is in a nice area of Schladming. Breakfasts are exceptionally good. You can find there various pieces of bread, cheese, vegetables, fruits, meat, etc. Dinner is very tasty, but the 6 steps menu with a very prescriptive model on this hotel is annoying. Mainly if starters are delivered by restaurant service, but hot soup you need to transfer from serving place to your table by yourself, which is with high load of hotel not very secure model. I would prefer a more self-service-oriented dinner or otherwise dinner fully managed by restaurant staff.

A lot of young families with children where most of these small children, are very noisy in the spa area. The good part of the spa is a quiet area where children are not allowed. :) Again, my major complaint is related to the dinner model which is too prescriptive and annoying.

Perfect service - especially in the restaurant and also at the bar - Mr Kari (incredibly positive and helpful waiter). The hotel has a calm and quiet atmosphere, which suited us. Few children and if there were, they were very well behaved. No rowdy brats. The stay includes a card which allows lots of discounts on attractions in the area. The hotel is structured and has lots of space to relax.

The outdoor pool was a little smaller than we expected. Room cleaning could have been more thorough. But nothing serious.

It's nice hotel like any other Falkensteiner I've seen. It's definitely a place I'd like to return to which sets it apart from many other hotels that are good just for one stay. Very convenient location, air-conditioning in the rooms to get you through the hot days in summer. Nice pool that looks on pictures much larger than it is. Great saunas, and breakfast that offers you more than you will ever need.

One day the service at the restaurant during dinner was excellent, and the very next day it was awful with getting meals we didn't order, drinks we din't order and just taking too long. We noticed that people at other tables were also very dissatisfied going through the same experience.

Very nice hotel at a very good location. We never ski, mostly prefer hiking, city tours and wellness services. This is big but friendly hotel. The quality of the facility is excellent, the suite was very spacious and nice. The staff is very kind. The wellness and sauna area is very clean and spacious, we enjoyed the massage and related services. The food was good, the breakfast game was amazing.

The kids' area should be bigger and more prepared to serve needs of kids. The menu of the bar should be wider and more traditional as we later decided to go out of the hotel to have a lunch during those days when we stayed in the hotel throughout the day.

The lobby smells like “Tanne”, like the forest, so the first impresson was made memorable. The design of the hotel from inside is a typical austrian “wood-type”, which I love. This way you can connect with nature and disconnect from the grey urban environment. The room was spacious, clean and we had a big balcony with a beautiful view to the backyard, so we could see the sauna from above. (fun fact:in the sauna you must be naked) Thats also typical for Austria, so dont be surprised!:) The culinary experience was the BEST!! For breakfast and for dinner there was a huge variety. The offer is modern and trendy, even me with food intolerance could find glutenfree options (fresh bread every day).😊 We booked the half-board, so our dinner was a 6 course dinner☝🏼Dinner is served and buffet mixed, which I personally prefer. The ski Piste is not far, they provide a bus, but you can easily use your car to get to the ski station where parking is for free. But this hotel is a bit far from the lift as you can see on the map as well. Altogether we had a great time!:)

The sauna was always full, and we did not want to see other people naked, so we skipped this part.

Everything! When you enter the hotel it smells like a spa, decor is all wood and simple, tasteful decorations, the breakfast buffet fantastic, swimming pool area, the staff - super friendly. Hotel is DOG-Friendly, they provided us with a mat, dog dishes and a complimentary snack

We had a great time in this warm and cosy hotel, comfortable rooms, great staff and fantastic dinners are just some of the plus points. The SPA is also very nice with lots of spaces to lounge in the garden area. We travelled with our dog and at arrival a special blanket for him was waiting in the room and also bowls for food and watter, which was a great little detail in this pet friendly hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expactations so we will for sure reurn.
