Staying in a family hotel was great. Everyone was very kind. The room was big. There was a large selection of food at breakfast, everything was very tasty. The restaurant also offers very good dinners. The hotel is a short distance from the main cable car, you can also go down to the hotel via the ski slope. Parking in garages approximately 8 minutes walk. Fantastic wellness - we really enjoyed it! Thank you.

Great location, staff was friendly and very helpful. Food at breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner was always excellent and there was plenty of choice and variety. The whole hotel is beautiful and has a homelike feeling🙂

The gym is very small but still very nice that it's there. The room itself would have been perfect with a big window. The view from balcony (which was actually a terrace for everyone but we never saw anyone else using it😅) however was pure perfection.

The hotel and staff were amazing. They made us feel at home and took incredible care of us even through broken bones and flight delays. The breakfast is incredible, the beds are super comfortable, the distance to the lift is good. Perfect for families. Hope to get to go again.

It was a bit of a disappointing start as we had other expectations about our room => we had booked a room "De Luxe", but the room offered did not really meet our expectations (it was a narrow room with a very small terrace). Luckily the frontdesk was very supportive and offered us two alternatives, which definitely met our requirements. Tip for both Booking.com and the hotel: better alignment on the exact format of the rooms

Very personal service and people working here seems proud for their hotel and love their job. It could be noticed in every detail. And yes, kitchen is amazing. Almost Michelin level experience every evening.

Great location- just 5 min for the ski lift, 2 minute from the tunnel that takes you to the skilift and the center. Great Breakfast variety 👌🏻. Very clean. Very nice staff and also i liked that the owners are very involved and they work alongside the staff. I would come back!

I only found out that they hosted an afternoon snack on my last day, right before i left for the airport, overhearing someone’s check in. They forgot to tell my in my first day. It would have been useful and nice, but otherwise everything was great.

An absolutely perfect stay. Our room was wonderful with attention paid to every detail. The hotel serves a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and an afternoon snack. The dinner is top notch and you should let the sommelier choose your wine, it was some of the best we have ever had. The staff is amazing and went to great lengths to make our stay pleasant.

Service and food was excellent. I highly recommend making a reservation at the restaurant!

The mattresses are pretty hard.
