Clean and cosy hotel, staff was very nice and polite. Good breakfast. Sauna area was cleaned and very well maintained.

No tea or coffee machine in the room. No mini bar or fridge. Not even one bottle of water upon arrival. Room temperature a little cold for my taste and no extra blankets provided. Breakfast needs a bit of variety and more fresh pastries e.g. croissants. Overall, the hotel is ok if you don't mind basic comfort in a clean place. It lacks attention to detail on other things.

The family who run this hotel are so friendly and helpful. We really began to feel like family guests rather than customers. Beds comfortable, and nice views. Breakfast tasty and efficient. Nice spa, but we didn’t use it. Rooms were a good temperature, and housekeeping was proficient. A very clean hotel. We particularly enjoyed the evening bar (open until 8), where everyone spoke to everyone, and we learned to enjoy the local Schnapps. Possible to ski in, and possibly ski out (with some poling), although we left our skis at the hire shop near the main lift for convenience. A lovely experience.

It’s a Garni, which means no restaurant. That’s ok / just be aware that you’ll have to walk down the steep path into town for dinner each night. The bathroom consumables were fine but not a fancy brand, and there were no little packets of ear buds etc. Really though these are small things - don’t be put off saying here.

The room was very nice, warm and cozy, with wonderful views to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, the location was great, it had a room for skis and equipment, and you could ski from the mountains to the hotel through a way that led you directly from the ski slopes to the parking lot. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

Its located uphill town and sometimes going back from the center of the town could be tiresome 😂

We liked it all, from the start. The owners are amazing, they love their job and you can feel and see that on every step of the way. Their kindness, cheerfullness and their attitude are amazing. The breakfast is great, the location is perfect, the rooms are just what we need, big enough with the most amazing view on the Icshgl.

Rooms were well furnished. Bathrooms were clean and great. The Wellness area was superb. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.

While it was pleasant on a dry surface, the walk up the hill to the hotel made for good fitness. If it had been icy or snow covered it may have been an adventure.

The location is very good: its panorama, close to the city and the cable car but enjoying peace. Breakfast very rich, very tasty and served with elegance. The bakery products are particularly tasty. The view from the dining room is extraordinary. The hotel has stylishly furnished relaxation areas that provide comfort and peace.

There was nothing I didn't like

Amazing hosts and a truly immaculate hotel. Easy to ski in and a very short walk to the gondola. Great location right near the action but far enough away to be quiet.

Hard to fault. Only to things lacking were fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Verry Nice staff. Ability tot ski to thé hotel Confortable beds. Verry peacefull. Nice Sauna. Nice breakfasts buffet. And again super friendly owners / staff

Itt was a great hotel,with a nice panorama,excellent breakfast,good lokation,and very friendli staff! We'll come back!
