Nice and friendly staff/personel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were reasonable organized in this Covid period, which is a real challenge because it was 'full house' Kids loved the swimming pool. Parking next to the hotel was good and at no charge. Good service from reception desk.

Arrived on the 'standard arrival day'Saturday, but only 1 employee staffed the desk. This caused delays for all arriving guests. More staff at the desk at these moments would be great, also for the lady who was doing all the work alone. Lots of smaller kids ( till 12 yrs) used the lobby and bar-area as a running & playground, with more than lots of noise. The sauna/spa could use an upgrade and also e wall to separte the pool and spa area, so that kiddies do not easily enter the spa area where adults 'in sauna clothing' are residing

Perfect welcoming great helpful staff Hotel is on great location very close to skii lift from both side, Italijan and austrian. Wonderfull breakfast and very good supper great value for money. Especially good communication with reception staff and they were very helpful. We will come back.

Friendly staff, really good food

Family hotel with lot lot lot of yelling, screaming (young) children everywhere, in restaurant, swimmingpool, around the reception. Best way is to create one corner with only singles or couples. I wanted to try the sauna (mandatory without clothes but with towel) but children also entered, just to look.

We really enjoyed our stay especially our kids! The staff were just incredible! would highly recommend! love the pool and kids club. The dinner was so affordable, my kids ate free! breakfast was included! All includes drinks and board games!!! wow!

Very friendly staff and very accommodating with children and when planning the stay. Nice pool and very good location: in front of the train station and very close to the great cycle path. Nice walks in the forest just behind the hotel. Trolleys to transport suitcases from car to the room and back. Food is also good. Bathrobes are available if requested.

Great location just outside the Italian border, close to all sorts mountain walks and facilities. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and kind, we enjoyed the large breakfast and dinner buffet as well as the swimming pool and sunbathing area. Great value.

OMG EVERYTHING! As the kitchen is the heart of home, the heart of hotel is their people! (mainly stuff, but also guests!) Grazie Mille und Besten Dank to everyone who was taking care of us - Receptionist (I am sorry, forgot her name E..) was always ready to help us with a smile on her face, wearing a shic Dirndl - Bar and Restaurant Squad: Rocco, Martina, Emanuele, Alessandro, Chiara and all their colleagues - Chambermaids and Cleaning Services - it is a miracle that with the amount of bambinos everywhere they keep the whole area clean and tidy - personal note not significant to anyone else / Dears please deliver our best regards to ANTONIO! The rest of important details: • great food, we had HB with upgrade to AC which we plunder like drunken sailors :D • good beds - harder, which I like • everything is written in German, Italian and English, so no chance of misunderstanding (please, no complains you miss there French, Russian or Czech, if you are unable to speak any of the 3 main languages there, go elsewhere • other guests where friendly and we chat on and off with some, which is pretty nice as well • bathrobe also for kids was a nice plus

I am over sensitive to low temperatures, so could be a bit warmer everywhere, but that is just my own issue and could be solved - surprisingly - with more clothes (or Grappa :D) E.g. the pool water is about 27°C, so too cold for me, but kids would stay in for hours even completely frozen I was missing kids cosmetics in the room, but I am certain if I will ask for it, I will get some

The staff is great and also the location. They provide me a gluten free food for breakfast. If you have a celiac disease the dinner is not prepared separately.

There are two termins when the guests can come to breakfast and dinner. We could not choose the time for the meals by ourself (this is determined by the staff at the reception).

Very nice place for family, large, well eqipped rooms, great meal in restaurant, helpful staff. Short distance to some of must-see places in the Dolomites.
