The location was very good just by the main walking street where you can find plenty of bars shops and restaurants. Underground parking for our motorcycle free of charge, also you can park in front of the hotel. We really liked the room and the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. Good quality products for the breakfast but the staff was not speaking English at all, so we had some difficulty ordering the eggs but we sort it out in the end. Be careful as the reception is not opened the entire day so try to arrange with them before arriving.

The hotel was empty, maybe one or two more rooms were occupied as we stayed at the beginning of July, so most of the time there was no one at the reception and most of the doors were closed so you had to use a back door to be able so get inside the hotel but nothing to worry about.

We had a great stay! We liked how the hotel had most of what you need for a proper ski trip like private lockers for ski equipment and a wellness center. We were also able to buy the ski passes directly from the Hotel at the same price as they are sold at the ticket centers, which saved us time. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location is also very nice, just steps away from the St Anton train station, near shops and restaurants, a 6 min walk from Galzigbahn, and 7 min walk from Gampenbahn.

It is a very expensive area. One night we ordered food at the hotel restaurant Al Fuego, it was just fine, my roasted chicken came raw, and we thought overall the food is a bit overpriced. The breakfast was great, although it definitely needs more variety (we ate breakfast at the hotel 7 times). The hotel charges for tea and coffee in the room after you use the complimentary ones. For that reason, the complementary ones have been sitting in the room for a long time, and so there were not nice to be used. The hotel will also charge you if you use extra shampoo, conditioner, or bathrobes.

loved the breakfast. ski lift we used most not listed, it was the Galzig, Room size was great. Room a tad pricey, esp for drinks. Staff were lovely and it was spotless.

Could have been less expensive. other than that i couldnt fault it. If you were being very fussy, it could have been closer to the lifts but that wasnt an issue.

Hotel Andino exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, just across the road from the rail station plus easy access to the pedestrian zone, short 5 min walk to the ski lifts and supermarket. The hotel was very well presented, very clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff who were always very courteous and polite. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire with a glass of wine before our very tasty dinner. Breakfast was yummy, fresh and with a variety of options for all. Our room was serviced daily, kettle and fridge was useful, plenty of room to relax after skiing. We would highly recommend Hotel Andino and would stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Rooms/beds very comfortable. There is a lift that takes you directly onto the main street which cuts down the walking distance to the slopes. Restaurant was great and very buzzy in the evenings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Were able to buy lift passes at reception which was convenient.

There was a coffee machine in the room- it had 4 pouches for 2 people for a week. This was not replenished. The same with the tea- just 4 teabags for 2 of us for the week. I assume if we had stayed one night we would have got the same amount. Bath gel was not renewed- fortunately we managed to make it last. These are very small things and easy for the hotel to rectify to get an excellent rating

Great breakfast with lot's of good quality food. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and well equipped. Private parking (tiefgarage).

No reception during daytime until 15h. We had a problem with the coding of our room card and couldn't access our room when we got back from the mountain. We could solve the situation by phone, but it still caused some nervous moments. Without that rating would be 10/10!

Location in centre; Clean with new towels every day; Very friendly and helpful staff; Good restaurant in the hotel.

The breakfast was nice, but if you had breakfast at 8:30 many items were gone and not refilled, which is hugely disappointing. There was 1 very good coffee machine, but very slow and with many people drinking coffee there was often a long waiting-time...

Lovely small hotel. The restaurant had a small dinner menu but excellent steak. The buffet breakfast was great too and the staff were helpful. The spa was our favourite part - in particular the infrared sauna and recliner chairs. It was incredibly relaxing after a day skiing!

Our room was the car park level so I’d recommend a higher level but it was still a lovely room!

Central position of the hotel, size of the room and ease of parking. We came by car with bicycles on the roof and they provided parking space outside so we can fit. Very friendly receptionist Aishlin helped us with useful tips about restaurants and shops around as well as directions for our continuation of the trip.

For the mountain hotel there was nothing to dislike. To me one of the best mountain hotels I stayed in.

Nice and spacious rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast, central location.

Minibar in Room is way too loud (can be unplugged though, but its a real nuisance). Also bigger rooms might need another lamp. No bedside electrical outlets (except you unplug the lights). Parking is really cramped but works.
