The staff was really friendly, even if they received bad news in there family they kept smiling to there guests. The restaurant was WAY WAY better then expected, the rooms where nice and clean. not special but authentic to the age of the hotel. If your looking for LED lights, smart tv, climate control and docking stations? do not go here. This is a authentic hotel fitted to these times. We where there with 3 Can-Am Spyders (trikes) and had a own private motorcycle garage we could use for free was being locked at night. Motorcycle routes free to use, the location is perfect in the middle of the best routes. Definitely going back there some day with more/other Can- Am friends.

I think in summer time it can get really hot in the rooms do to the lack of airco or ventilators. But again, like I sayed in the positive items, thats part of the charme of the history of the building.

The Hotel is on the edge of the town, there is off road parking available and this seems ample, albeit that it is not exclusive to the hotel, however it is free. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant the breakfast was plentiful and good and the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. There is a lift from ground floor level {so there is no need to your luggage up what appear to be the entrance stairs, go around these to the ground floor entrance). There are beautiful mountain and rural views from the balconies.

Of The staff were fantastic! Judith checked us in and she was very helpful. Alex was our waiter at dinner and he took great care of us. As did the rest of the staff in the dining room Katja, the owner, stopped by to check on us and was very welcoming. Wr ate looking forward to visiting again in the future when we have more time to take advantage of the massage at the spa and the sauna. It was great having access to convenient parking as well.

staff were very cheerful & helpful. Special mention for Denise & Andre the chef. Nothing was too much trouble & I had a great Birthday last night. The room was great & the lift was a blessing. The garage for our motorcycle was great as well. We would definately recommend a stay here!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast and restaurant, comfy room, lovely wellness area, only a short drive away from the slopes.

It is a great place to stay to rest after a long trip or to ski. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is fantastic. Thank you.

Friendly staff, good breakfast

Super friendly staff. Good food: breakfast was excellent, diner was very good. The room was spacious and as requested on the mountain side. The facilities were great. There was a special garage for my motorcycle where I could clean it and check the tire pressure after a day of riding. And there was a special parking garage for motorcycles. I had a super stay at the hotel.

If anything, maybe the location.

Helpful answers and quick response time to emails. Friendly and supportive staff. Lovely dinner and breakfast. Great wine from local winery Flür. Wine tasting and massage bookings available.
