Excellent location directly in the middle if downtown Wiener Neustadt. Quite a few good dining options nearby and a very good level of shopping choices for a small city of this size. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel seems to be going through a gradual upgrade, while retaining a lot of the charm of 1950s and 1960s hospitality.

Only Austrian TV channels. Breakfast a little on the expensive side, considering there are 3-4 good cafes just outside the hotel on the main square. City parking garage a great value, but about 3-4 full city blocks away from the hotel.

I almost got a parking ticket on Sunday because all parking spots were occupied in front of the hotel. Those places should be used for unpacking not for long period. Staff is not informing correctly about parking situation. It would be nice to have coffee and tea in a room (like in most hotels)

The location is central, check-in is quick and easy and the staff is super friendly. We parked overnight in front of the hotel. The family room on the 5th floor is spacious enough for 4 people (2 in the lounge and 2 in the bedroom) and would be appropriate for a longer stay as it has a kitchenette with kitchenware, a stove top and oven, a refrigerator and microwave. There's even a rooftop 'terrace' :)

The room on the 5th floor, being in the attic, was on the warm side and it is a one flight walk-up as the lift only goes to the 4th floor. With a lot of luggage that might be a nuisance, but for us it wasn't an issue.

Close to our venue, close proximity to all shops and the nearby car park (near the church). The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast offered variety.

Soundproofing isn’t strong but didn’t bother us, design of the shower in our room inadequate as water could easily overflow from the shower cubicle.

Cozy 3star hotel just on the square, 10 minutes walking from the railway station. The room is nice, modern, bathroom with bath tub, minibar, Wi-Fi is working well even if sometimes it interrupts (but I was able to work and watch movies), Breakfast buffet located on the ground floor has different choices, salty, yogurt, cornflakes and croissants.

room has no air cond but a fan is provided and it gives a relief from the hot summer days.

Excellent location on the main square in a historic building, close to parking, breakfast was minimalistic, but had everything you needed, the room was comfortable with all the necessary accessories for its level, helpfull staff

Breakfast was poor, hotel had only few guest so tiny portions were presented - Swedish buffet (Like 2 pieces of cucumber, tomato itp) we asked few times because things were missing. Staff was responsive and they were bringing missing product but it was uncomfortable for us to ask again for something. Food was tasty ;)

I love the room, good design, large room. I also love the variety of breakfast. The location is also good because it located in the center of the town, very convenience for shopping.

I think the bed is too soft, and the elevator is too small.

it's a bit challenging to get all the luggage to the room on the fifth floor. but we were allowed to park directly in front of the hotel so at least this distance was minimized ;)

Everything! this hotel is a traditional, well-run and efficient, establishment located in the delightful main square of W.Neustadt: a pleasure in itself. With a good breakfast included in the price, very good value for money. Reception staff very helpful. Excellent bathroom /shower. Comfortable bed.
