everything was really perfect 💯 , Receptionist Ms Montena she help us a lot I recommend any one want to book in zell am see should check with element resort first its perfect for family and ( Muslim )

we stayed for 4 nights the first 2 night it was perfect but last 2 it was noisy at the night but it wasn’t a big deal

large and clean apartments. very close to the areitexpress. friendly staff. nice spa and pool for after day of skiing. great breakfast.

couple things can be improved: - pool and spa close at 8, which is a bit early. also temperature of the pool could be a bit higher - room wasn’t ready in time day of arrival. I think because of lack of staff - we couldn’t eat at the restaurant in the evening, again because of lack of staff also, the hotel is on the outskirts of Zell am See. if you want to go to the center you either have to take a cab or car, since walking will take around 45 minutes. not a problem for us, but good to know.

Lovely hotel in a great location, stunning mountain views from the rooms, great pool and spa facilities, tasty breakfast buffet with lots of choice and freshly cooked options on order and lovely staff! We got upgraded from a one-bedroom suite to a three bed which was very nice as the apartment was huge. We were also given the touristic passes for Zell-Am-See and Kaprun which saved us a lot of money - a very nice touch.

The only down side is that the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning (and no fans / ventilators were available either). The rooms can get warmer when it’s 30+ degrees outside in the summer.

Loved our stay at Elements resort. Everything here is well thought out. From our suite to the dedicated room for ski-gear, everything was easy, clean and enjoyable. The staff were very helpful, gave us lots of great information and tips to make the most of our stay at Zell am See. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean. The decor is beautiful, well designed, matching the environment and calming. Such a beautiful place to come back to after a day at the slopes. The heated pool was wonderful and the sauna really relaxing. The breakfast buffet provided lots of variety without overdoing it (so it didn't feel wasteful); everything was fresh and of the highest quality. Really well done - a wonderful resort.

Disappointed we never got a chance to have dinner at the hotel restaurant due to staff illnesses, but again, the staff were helpful in giving us options to go to nearby for dine in or takeaway.

Very friendly and welcoming staff with great facilities and a fantastic restaurant for dinner. Convenient ski room as well as underground garage parking.

Breakfast rather disappointing, especially given that the dinner restaurant is very good. Would be nicer with higher variety of options as well as better quality of products such as freshly baked pastry or more fruits and meat/ham options. Seemed a bit too cheap and simple for the price level of the hotel.

Location is great for skiing and exploring the stunning area. Resort is clean, comfortable and high quality. Staff really helpful and meals were great. A great view of the mountains from the room.

Located just a little far from the lake for an easy walk.

- Hotel staff at the front desk was fantastic. Great attitude, helpful, and available - Hotel design is modern and great - Wonderful breakfast area, food, variety, and quality taste - Pool was very nice and the view was nice too, my kids were very happy during the swim - Free parking and never had issue finding a parking sport, be it at the front of hotel or at the underground garage

- The room was not that spacious - Front staff did not allow to use facility if guest check out even before hotel check-out timing. The minute you checkout, you need to move out of the hotel. A little flexibility for your guest goes a long way! - The gym needs ventilation. AC was not turned on and no ventilation in place

The hotel ist really nice and modern. The outdoor pool is heated and the pool area is very quiet. The hotel location is really good and the staff very friendly. The breakfast is of very good quality and large variety of food.

I would recommend to book half board in advance otherwise it is possible that the hotel is fully booked and you can not eat dinner at the restaurant. The bed mattresses are very soft, it was not very comfortable for as.

literally every thing was beyond expected and definitely worth the money, staff is very helpful and kind. rooms are great with every thing you want. breakfast and the dinner was very delicious and worth it . location and view is amazing. hotel facilities were very nice and relaxing. staff celebrated my birthday which will be a very nice memory for me. i loved the hotel and i would give them 100 out of 10 and will definitely will be my always stop in austria

nothing every thing was beyond amazing

We stayed in a lovely spacious apartment with large balcony and views of the mountains. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, and more. The coffee machine and drinks were much appreciated. Excellent shower. The hotel is quite far outside Zell am See itself but is very well-connected with the town through a bus service, which is free for holders of the tourist card that was given to us upon arrival. This tourist card made our stay excellent value for money - it allows you to use the cable cars for free, as well as the bus service to Kaprun, entrance to the waterfall (highly recommended) and I think one of the boat trips across the lake (that we didn't have time for). The breakfast was superb. The dinner (included in our half-board) was also excellent.

The beds were a little too soft for us. But apart from that, everything was very good indeed!
