The room was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly.

The housekeeping service is slow and requires multiple calls to prompt them to come.

ordered water from reception many times and waited a long time and it wasn’t delivered ever. next morning i called and asked again for water then they told me i will be charged cause they delivered water yesterday twice?! After all at the check out they did not charge me anything which is good, but it was annoying when they ignored me first then second time told me i will be charged, was not very professional also i did not like that there is not hair dryer installed in the rooms, although they immediately delivered it to my room when ordered. but never been to a hotel that doesn’t have a hair dryer installed in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was good. The room itself was clean and room service was on point.

The TV had one English channel, which was quite disappointing. Surely you could also have a smart TV where I can loggin to my Netflix or something for when I wish to relax in my room and take it easy. The music was quite loud from the club also...perhaps its something that can be mitigated somehow, not sure how.

I had a great experience in my room, and the staff was very helpful and kept everything clean. Special thanks to Rohan at the reception desk and Resal for their exceptional room service. They were both very supportive and provided excellent assistance.

Please enhance the housekeeping response time. I have made multiple calls for room service, but it takes around two hours for them to arrive, which is unacceptable.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The reception was helpful. I asked for a room on the 11th floor and they provided it for me... The staff and room service provided anything I asked for, including cleaning and bathroom tools. The place is quiet and clean, especially the 10th and 11th floors. Thank you. I will book at this hotel every week.

What I really liked about this hotel is the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and friendly. Especially the Manager Mr. Jitendrea Purohit, the receptionist Rohan and the bellboy Karim, they all went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and btw it wasn’t my first stay.

The room and staff were lovely. The rates for the hotel were very affordable. It is a great location if you want to socialise and have a few drinks: there are 5 different bars in the hotel and there is always something happening.

As expected, the noise from the nightclub was loud. There was even a nightclub in the morning when we went down for breakfast!

I sincerely like everything. It's exactly as a 5 Star hotel Very safe Facilities Amenities Staff I requested to extend my Check-out, and the hotel staff was so accommodating by sending one of the staff members to collect the extra charge at my room door step. Usually, you'd be asked to go down to the reception. That was not the case And the gave me a discount on my Late Check-out. Great

The reception staff are courteous in their dealings. I especially thank the employee Romli for her always excellent dealings with the hotel guests, as well as the employee Karim and Abdullah. My biggest thanks go to my friend Jitendra Purohit. Rooms Division Manager is always elegant in his dealings, always smiling, and solves any problem and finds a solution. Thank you everyone
