I prefer to stay as more or less all the staff that I get in contact are always ready to serve with a smiling face. Thanks Mr. Hamdy for upgrading my room and asking about anything else I required. Impressed! Here I would like to appreciate the breakfast staff. They know what exactly I eat each morning and serve it without asking unless asked for something different. Both Nepali waiters are excellent. I met the GM Ms.J , sorry I misplaced her name card, was so kind to sit with me while having my breakfast and I gave her my feedback on room service menu and la cart'e. All the front office staff are professionally trained and are always there to go extra mile to assist with a smiling face. Excellent location and easy to find. The staff in the restaurant during the breakfast had excellent services

There were no towels in the bathroom and when we requested for towels at first no one came and the second request the staff even wants to go inside the bath room to check while my wife was using the bath room. I think the staff either had thrust issues or someone didn’t do their job well in the first place or may be both. Even the towel floor is not available.

I stayed in this hotel many times all due to its perfect location which is close to everything. Behind the hotel there are lots of decent restaurants which some of them are the best in Bahrain. Although old and outdated furniture, but the room is clean. For this value, this is the best place to stay in Bahrain.

Wifi is very slow and poor. The fridge isn’t cold. Would be nice to renew the furniture. You can hear some noise coming from the corridor when there are noisy neighbours. Parking is a problem.

The location and the staff especially Mr. Mohammad Subhan of the front desk who really dealt with the situations professionally. Mr. Rao Cho who provided towels for us and Mr. Aziz and Mr. Fazlul who were outstanding in assisting us during breakfast.

Parking and the parking attendant who lacks customer service training. My friend asked the attendant/ security if we can park on the vacant space but with a cone blocking it since we parked on the side of the street which is unsecured. The attendant/ security responded, "even within the parking space of the hotel is unsecured".

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast—good variety and well-served by the attentive staff, who ensured orders were taken care of promptly. The hotel’s location is convenient, with ample parking space. A few minor improvements in service efficiency and attention to detail could elevate the experience. Nevertheless, it was a satisfactory stay for the price. Would consider staying again if needed.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast, even though the choices were limited, was good. The staff were very helpful and prompt. Especially the floor supervisor Mr Lijo was very helpful. When I had an issue of cigarette smell in my bathroom he personally supervised the remedial action.

The breakfast spread could be better. The sausages were on the saltier side. The non smoking policy is not strictly implemented so even though I was in a non smoking floor there was cigarette smell coming through bathroom ducts.

Overall the stay was great, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, the staffs were welcoming and the food (breakfast) was good. The lady at the breakfast lounge offered great service. I would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues. A special mention from my daughter that, she enjoyed the swimming pool, the swimming pool attendant was great and welcoming.

There are few areas of improvements I would like to suggest. 1. Lock for the bathroom from Inside. 2. Presence of a hand shower was greatly missed. 3. On the last day the Indian breakfast felt stale, it should have been removed from the buffet

Breakfast was AMAZING. View from the window was WOW! Beds were comfy and pool facilities were good. Overall a very nice stay

The rooms are quite outdated, so i would say a price is a bit too high. There was some weird situation with towels, as we had to ask several times to get a 2nd set in a twin room, weird and unnecessary hickup. Bathroom was quite old, really needs improvement, considering a chain name.

Booked this hotel last minute as we had an unexpected night in Bahrain on route to bangkok. The staff were amazingly helpful. They arranged for us to have early access to our rooms and on departure they allowed us early entry to breakfast as we had a taxi booked at 6am to the airport. They did everything possible to make our stay as nice as possible. Lots of advice. Perfect English spoken by all staff. Would recommend
