The location was very convenient. The breakfast, even though the choices were limited, was good. The staff were very helpful and prompt. Especially the floor supervisor Mr Lijo was very helpful. When I had an issue of cigarette smell in my bathroom he personally supervised the remedial action.

The breakfast spread could be better. The sausages were on the saltier side. The non smoking policy is not strictly implemented so even though I was in a non smoking floor there was cigarette smell coming through bathroom ducts.

Overall the stay was great, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, the staffs were welcoming and the food (breakfast) was good. The lady at the breakfast lounge offered great service. I would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues. A special mention from my daughter that, she enjoyed the swimming pool, the swimming pool attendant was great and welcoming.

There are few areas of improvements I would like to suggest. 1. Lock for the bathroom from Inside. 2. Presence of a hand shower was greatly missed. 3. On the last day the Indian breakfast felt stale, it should have been removed from the buffet

Having not been here for a while, coming back to this Ramada was like returning home from a long trip overseas. The hotel's motto is 'say hello to your home sweet home away from home', which is so on point in my case. The interior is retro classic, which accentuates its charm and comfy cosiness. Rooms are well-sized -- some being more spacious than others -- yet always just the right size. Plenty of storage space. Anything you might require is readily available, and response to requests is immediate. I come here for rest and relaxation as it is truly peaceful, tranquil, cosy and comfy here. Always a peaceful night's sleep. Sumptuous breakfast buffet and all-day cuisine at Le Jardin Restaurant where the ambience is just exquisite. Great value for money. Stunning views of Qudaibiya Palace and gardens which are just across the road. I enjoy the Sunrise over Qudaibiya Palace in the mornings and the natural light in the rooms and all throughout the hotel. There is also a lovely gift shop in the lobby which offers crystals/gemstones/bespoke jewellery and rare treasures. Popular restaurants, shops, services are all just steps away in the local neighbourhood. It is always a delight to be greeted by Beautiful Ms. Claire at the Front Desk as well as all the other lovely ladies and fine gentlemen whose names I do not know at the Front Desk and Management. Special thanks to the fine gentlemen on the Concierge Team and Security Team (I dont know their names. Apologies). Special thanks to Ms. Regina, Mr. Suhail, Mr. Roshen, Ms Sabina and all the other fine gentleman whose names I do not know at Le Jardin Restaurant and all the Amazing Chefs and everyone in the kitchen. HUGE THANKS to the entire Housekeeping Team who are the most delightful people!!

The hotel staff are always so polite, friendly and helpful. This is the staff on the front desk, the housekeeping team and the restaurant staff. The rooms are a good space with good lighting and additional seating. My room had a view of the Palace. Location wise is perfect. Not too far from the Al-Fateh Mosque.

Bed mattress very hard and made for poor sleep. Bath is too high to climb into for a shower and is not safe for climbing out. I found mould in the mugs but the reception staff did come to replace this.

The hotel is ideal for going out, since in a short walking distance are all the restaurants of Adliya. Staff was friendly and the room good and quiet, except for some noise from the hallway, when chatting people were passing by. No noise though from the big avenue below my window. Room service was good. There was a rich buffet at breakfast, with for once pleasant chillout music as background, not the loud pop as so often. For dinner I went out in Adliya and didn't test the restaurant 'Le Jardin'. On the mezzanine floor is a swimming pool, which I was happy to use.

The one thing that didn't function well, was the fact that there was no warm water in the bathroom.

Location is excellent . New GM who is keen to make positive changes . Great new menu now available .Have been staying at this hotel whenever I am In Bahrain. Definitely a home from home.

Rooms are going to be upgraded shortly which will be good as furniture is quite old fashioned. Having said that , it’s still a nice hotel . Looking forward to staying here again soon

Location perfect for the restaurants of Adliya..all just a few minutes walk. Lots of choice and nice outdoor seating. Lots of small shops too. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble from reception, breakfast staff and the young guy who cleaned our room. Complimentary water,tea bags etc and even ironing board in room. Beds comfortable too. Booked the pick up to and from the airport which was very good too

Pool was still closed and being worked on but at least could still sit around pool area. The hotel provided transportation to and from their sister hotel Wyndham Garden about 10mins away where we could use the very nice pool and area

This is my 'go to' hotel in Bahrain when I am with friends or on my own. A family may want to go to a more upmarket place, not that this hotel is poor in any way. It's an affordable price, with good rooms, its own pool and small gym, and a cosy old style British bar. The dining room is big and caters for all even on busy breakfast mornings. There's a good variety at breakfast - Arabic, North American, European and UK breakfast food on offer. Out the back are numerous coffee shops then you get into the heart of Adliya, with many good restaurants and bars. including roof top restaurants, all within walking distance. The staff are always so helpful, especially on the reception desk.

The rooms are not huge, but that suits me anyway (there are bigger rooms available), and the price is fairly matched. Some may think the style of the rooms is old, but I like that and it adds to the charm. Parking can be an issue if you get back late as the car park is not big when the hotel is full, though there are some back streets where you may find a gap. Don't try driving through the restaurants area behind the hotel, at night, because it is always gridlocked between this hotel and the Gulf hotel, but that's not the hotel's fault of course, just a tip (take a walk instead).

The location is very helpful, it’s nearby most of the restaurants in Adliyah, near all pub & lounges, the hotel itself have many good options. the service is good & the staff are also polite & the atmosphere of the hotel is clean , good for families

Breakfast is average & the food isn’t up to a good standard, they lack of variety, the food collection is very limited & juices aren’t fresh, items not always available, the food service need a serious improvement, that’s only what I didn’t like while the rest is good.

Its location, the staff on arrival are always pleasant, the room is a good size and clean but I’d be booking 425 next time nice suit. Breakfast is good but ask for pork bacon if you don’t want the beef rubbish. Plenty of hot water Did I mention the staff being very good ?

The room is dated but solid it needs sockets by the bed with USB ports, The bath is tiny but shower was good.
