Beds mattress are relatively soft which make sleeping uncomfortable. Need to replace bed mattress with a bit harder ones. Room Glasses at upper floors from are looking dirty from outside and needs frequent cleaning. Requested sea view room but never got one.

From the moment I arrived at Immigration, everyone in Bahrain were friendly. The hotel is a short walk from a large shopping mall where I enjoyed dinner most nights. There is a bus stop near the hotel and I used the bus to visit the area. Breakfast was excellent. I used the pool and gym. The room was large and I enjoyed opening the drapes by pressing a button near the bed.

It is very hot in Bahrain in October.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. No time to check-in or check-out. Room big and everything automated. Bathroom has bathtub and shower. Scent is very good in all places. Location is great and near to all famous malls and restaurants. Parking is large and easy to navigate. Bar and Club on first floor far from rooms.

No carpet in room which got dust fast. Nothing else I don't like.

bed location should not be beside the entrance door because I can be disturbed by out side noise

Clean rooms, good location near malls, good breakfast

Rooms are not well soundproof- you can hear other guests in next rooms and In bathroom also. Doors of rooms have a loud sound when closing . Overall Sound insulation needs to be improved as well as changes of carpets in hallways. Bed mattress are not medium hard ( relatively soft ) which did not make feel very comfortable.

The hotel is comfortable and well located however it is out of the city centre (there is a bus stop 100m from the hotel where one can get to the main bus terminal, tourist attractions as well as the airport). The city beach is approx. 1 km from the hotel. The staff is very kind and breakfasts are good.

Modern hotel with big volumes. Very comfortable and views on the surrounding area reaching to the sea. Located between city centre and old fort, perfect for a city tour over a weekend. Loved the reactivity of the room service! Ironing board and wine opener arrived in minutes!!

The Hotel was quiet and comfortable and close to City Center Mall. The fact that it has reasonably priced SPA and nice to have female therapist but as a man I prefer male therapist for my body massage.

The 1t floor Resturant was so bad due to heavy cigarette smoke and smell that we couldn’t stay. The 27th floor Resturant breakfast was poor and not good value for the money. The lady recipient was not welcoming. Room carpet is not appealing.

The room is very clean and neat , the bathroom was also very clean. It was very comfortable staying there and location of the hotel is just perfect everything was very close to us .

I didn’t like how they made me pay extra just for a 4 hour early check in when the room was available already. also the other thing was there was empty parking slot that the security didn’t let anyone to park apparently it was for sports car only but when we went out later we saw 4 wheel cars parked , so giving wrong information to people isn’t a very pleasant thing .
