Honestly nothing .. I can simply say no matter what you ask even if there was technical issues in the room they will make sure to fix it on the spot regardless of how busy they are

My trip was mainly a shopping trip and being in city centre was very convenient Room was clean and comfortable Staff n reception were great and friendly Breakfast was ok but not great
Breakfast must offer a better quality of items and variety Coffee was very bad… too bad we had to order from outside! Also both days we stayed, some visitors were touching food all around… some children were even eating off the trays bare handed! We actually decided to book next stays without breakfast

The drain in the shower box was blocked ! maintenance must take place regularly before giving the room . water comes out the shower box .. i was about to slip down in bath room .. I endorsed this event to the reception .

Great location as it’s connected to the mall. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was accommodating as we were granted an early check-in.
Pretty basic facilities for a 5-star hotel. Parking situation was very inconvenient: the parking is not connected to the hotel via stairs/lift only through the car ramp.

Friendly staff
The reservation was for suite with twin bed but when we arrive they said no available suite with twin bed so they offer us to move to that suite next day when it’s available and a late check out also breakfast. But because our stay was 2 nights so we didn’t move.

The location is great, connected to the City Centre Mall. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained. The best ones are the people, all of them are professional, helpful and kind during our stay there. Thank you to Ms. Margret in the Receptions who helped us and made sure that our stay was comfortable.

- The way to / out of the hotel can be inconvenient. I wish if there was a way to go directly to the road instead of having to pass through Le Meridian hotel (which is near by & connected to the mall)

absolutely everything was perfect….. staff was amazing…. comfortable in every way….. big room and bathroom…. amazing pool and spa…. right in the mall and very convenient. One of the best stays of my life ❤️
breakfast was good but lacked variety…. they are planning to broaden the variety (as per the new head chef)

The location was nice as it's accessible to a big shopping mall. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and the club lounge was very nice and relaxing!
The housekeeping service. Room not that clean. Have to remind them to provide towels and water bottles after they did the room.

Location- comfortable- excellent customer service from all staff: check in: Hassan Jawad was very professional, polite and helpful. He made the check in experience smooth and easy. The porter Ahmed was also very professional and provided excellent customer service
