great location

some appliances are faulty and when i asked to replace they replaced with another faulty appliances, I didn’t comeback to them

I didn't like the reception service because one of the women was disrespectful against the staff . It was unsual for me to see someone calling another person by ringing a bell or by screaming "come here" to someone... The staff was very kind , here for us at anytime so I don't thing they deserve this. But everything else was perfect we had such a nice trip and the apartment was amazing . Thank you

I love the set-up of the one bedroom. Almost everything is available inside the room. There is balcony, spacious living room and bed room. There are 2 toilets, one in the masters bedroom and one in the living room. The breakfast is great with variety of food. The place location is accross a hypermarket. Looking forward to stay again.

I felt like the room and toilet was not clean properly. It needs more polish in the floor. I can see the dust and footprints. I also found the trash of the former occupant was still there.

I am traveling to Bahrain since last 25 years and find out that this is the best hotel location I ever stayed earlier. The apartment has all the necessary items requires for family in the kitchen and rooms. I recommend everyone to try this hotel. The apartments are very neat and clean.

I highly recommend the hotel management to reconsider the soap and shampoo in the toilets. Also, the tissue provided were little smelly.

I did not like the designation of the large bed room in the room that does not have a bathroom, while the two-bed room is the one that has the bathroom, also the sound of moving furniture on the upper floor

Rates were better compared to other options nearby, reception staff Amma was super courteous, free and ample parking, room size and family environment

Some of equipment in room not working i.e hair dryer and shower was broken , couch in the living room has need stitching on handle, gym hours should from 7 am so workout could be done before breakfast , coffee services should included in breakfast menu , outside food riders should be allowed to contact reception staff

Our apartment had 2 large bedrooms with ensuit each and large living area and kitchen. The furniture is ok but a bit worn had stains here and there. Overall a large cosy place we loved. We got breakfast which was very good as well.

The smell from the AC is not nice most of the time. Also would be good idea to have some washing up sponge and liquid and washing powder provided.

Every thing is great. Staff is excellent and cooperative. Parking place is excellent Breakfast boufet was excellent. Great thanks to the cheif and his crew for this wonderful experience.

Unfortunately the washing machine was not working. Room service said they will inform the maintenance but never replied back to us.

actually the hospitality was amazing and the breakfast was delicious it included dishes from a lot of countries cultures the chef was so good and the reception was very nice and friendly and the view from the 11th floor was amazing specially the sunset time the room was clean and the room service cleaned the room every single time perfectly. Mr Ahmed GM very cooperative with the guests

The hotel had some improvements like they replaced door keys with key cards, more breakfast choices, they've had repairs in the facilities, and they have dedicated wifi in every room. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

I think the wifi still need to improve as there are times its not stable. It freezes sometimes. I also suggest that guest should have access free wifi at the lobby.
