I liked everything about this hotel. The room was huge and modern, the bathroom was nice too. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and tasty. The restaurant in the 10th floor has a lovely view, though it's a bit pricey; the other restaurant (ground floor) is much better priced. The location is in a good part of the city and also fairly near to the airport.

The price was a bit high, though you still get good value for money.

THANK YOU to Mr. Md. Fakhrul Alam - Director for making it comfortable as this was our first trip ever to Bangladesh. Though I missed meeting him, yet he took the utmost care to help us feel comfortable. His team, especially Mr. Zahir Khan was very cooperative. In fact, every member of the front desk, restaurant team, and hospitality staff has been welcoming.

I think because it was Ramzan so we didn't get a good spread of Breakfast which I was looking forward to. Also, some staff members would be very obvious with requesting Tips, that at times made us feel a bit awkward.

BTW if anyone is seeing 3 reviews --- we booked 2 rooms and 1 room was extended for another day.. The room is spacious and well maintained - Clean ",) The staffs are very attentive and considerate especially when I accidentally locked the sliding bathroom door --not sure if bathroom lock needs improvement, hopefully they can look into it ",) The breakfast is good, basic but with a range of choices -- eggs are to order and served based on your preference. The location is a quiet neighborhood and its distance to airport is around 20mins with a not so heavy traffic.

The staff is excellent, extremely hospitable and professional. The breakfast was varied and extremely tasty. Kudos to the chefs, but also to the waiters. The hotel is very well located. Not far from shopping malls in Gulshain and Banani, which you can walk to. Also, it is not very far from the airport, approx. 20 minutes drive. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is at the highest level. Everything is clean, good repair, convenient location, beautiful view from the window, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Five minutes after check-in, the bellboy brought fruit and lemonade. After the April heat, the cool strawberry lemonade with natural mint leaves seemed simply divine. I would still drink this lemonade. There was no dust anywhere in the room, even on the cornices with lighting, the dust was cleaned. The room cost me 4200 taka. It feels like this hotel corresponds to Midori, but is twice as cheap.

The staff at the reception said that there was no 300 taka change, and offered to leave it on deposit, despite the fact that there was nothing in the refrigerator in the room. During breakfast, when I asked for water, the waiter half filled a half-liter bottle with tap water and put it on my table. There was no soap in the shower, but there was shampoo and everything that was supposed to.

The staff helped me a lot with arranging airport pickup and drop-off. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Complimentary fruits were a nice touch. I want to thank the front desk mr. Z (I'm sorry, I don't remember the name of that person) for letting me take a shower after a day tour after my check-out for no extra charge. That was super sweet. And the restaurant downstairs is also nice. High-speed wifi all around the place.

Overall service was fantastic. Staff were very attentive and helped the family with a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend especially if with family. A big thank you to Robin and Nahid in the restaurant who were amazing to us.

Mosquitos but that’s not the hotels fault. I would say it would be helpful if they provided something g to repels mosquitos if needed.

I really loved the food—it was excellent! The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's overall vibe was above par. I recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Bangladesh, either for work or leisure purposes.

There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom. It was not a huge issue for me but be mindful!

The property was very clean and all amenities provided. The breakfast was excellent and we also used the restaurant for dinner and food was amazing.
