The hospitality of the staff was more than my expectation. They were responsive and very fast to resolve any issue. In fact hotel service is open all 24 hours. I should specially mention about the Manager Rupok Bhai. He was very friendly, active, and helpful. According to budget I highly recommend the Hotel Civic Inn. Would love to visit again.
Well, it seems everything is perfect according to budget. But I would suggest to take care of Toiletries a bit more and also I will request to maintain some International standards. Especially they should take care about door locks from inside of the room which will increase the privacy of the travelers.

the location is near to the places i plan to go. uber ride only cost not more than 200 taka to every place i go. staffs very friendly and helpful. breakfast in bed included.
the interior kinda wornout 😬 and need refurbish. the single bed mattress is too hard 😂 like a cardboard. but didn’t mind much as we went out most of the time.

Such a clean hotel. Nice staff. Located in prime location. Near to the Metro Rail Line 6 stations. I would recommend to the foreigners. Hopefully you will all like it.

Friendly staff, nice tea. Initially given a room that had a broken AC and damp smell but got moved quickly to a smaller but better room after I complained about AC. Got quick response from staff always.
