Staff very pleasant and accommodating especially Amari at front desk.

The breakfast needed more variety and hot items like eggs, pancake, sausage can be added.

Room was clean and spacious. And the front desk staff was friendly and helpful

There were loud music and alot of noise coming from a group of girls, who decided to come right next to my room, for 3 nights continuously. It was overwhelmed the last night. I had to call front desk. But still no one spoke to them and the noise continued until 12am. Also the last 2 days of my 7 days. No towels were left in the room, even the bath math. Not sure if house keeping forgot. Thank God I had my personal towel.

No elevators so had to walk...when going out to party and coming back in the walk is too far. Breakfast was the bare minimum for those who got complementary breakfast with the room...if one doesn't eat cereal or use milk they get the bare minimum still leaving them hungry....breakfast is suppose to be the most important meal of the day...and giving someone 1 dry cold toast cut in half and 1 mini struddle with a cup of tea/coffee is not sustenance...breakfast was very poor.

great location, clean room with regular housekeeping and the availability of free laundry. The staff were very helpful and courteous. we even received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room.

The complimentary breakfast needs improvement and the pool needs to be cleaned more efficiently and frequently. The beds need maintenance.

The lack of atmosphere around the pool and limited bar/staff. Breakfast service was disorganised and very slow. It would have been much quicker having All Continental breakfast on 1 table. Toast/cakes orange juice etc instead of having to ask for individual things, With coffee-milk-bowls etc running out the staff would be more useful replenishing these instead of ad hoc drinks. A shower room would be beneficial in this hotel as there seems to be a lot of unused rooms on the ground floor. background music at the pool is a standard at most hotels and they would have a better trade at the bar

Check-In: The process was easy the staff were extremely helpful and warm. Facilities: Clean, well presented and considerate of clients travelling for work and leisure Location: The beach was just across the road, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores.

The complimentary breakfast was mainly cereal, bread, coconut slides, paired with butter and jelly. Along coffee, teas and juices. It would have been nice to have some eggs and other protein options. All other breakfast items are available at a cost.

My sister and I stayed here for her birthday trip and we absolutely adored the location. The size of the room was great and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping it clean every day of our stay. The continental breakfast was good, but we love eggs, so we ordered it extra most mornings.

We were not able to get clean pool towels for a couple of days. I believe there is need for a space to deposit them and pick them up at the pool area, instead of having to ask front desk. This way, regular checks can ensure that they are always available.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and extremely helpful.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room

Location was very convenient. Walking distance to the beach, shopping centers and restaurants. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Every aspect of the hotel was clean including poolside. The staff ensured the area was always dry.

The stairs. Elevators would be very good. Breakfast could be a bit more to include oatmeal packets.

The Complimentary Breakfast had very limited options. Lacked any Protein such as bacon, ham, peanuts or Peanut Butter.

The AC in room was off when we arrived and took an hour to get the room comfortable. The beds moved around on tile floor to easily since no rubber caster plates on the legs. Awoke twice with bed against wall from normal turning over in the night.
