Comfortable room, decent pool, outside bar, good location next to beautiful beach, walking distance to great bars and restaurants, decent breakfast. All staff from management down to the cleaners were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Very friendly and helpful staff and convenient location. Rooms clean and well equipped. Choice of eating nearby and short walk to beach.

Can get some traffic and road noise during the day. Breakfast service variable.....

Excellent location! Right across from a beach and a taxi stand. Near to restaurants/food spots/convenience stores. Very spacious room. Couch could do with some reupholstering. Balcony and view help immensely during quarantine. Awesomely powerful rainfall shower head (my shower door didn’t close all the way but didn’t leak much).Convenience of kitchenette. Exceptionally courteous and very helpful staff (Tiara/Troy/Randy/Kim/Nakita). Made quarantine easier/bearable. Breakfast decent enough.

The property is fine but concerning reservations, extremely inflexible cancellation policies in this time of uncertain “Covid status”, difficulty in obtaining tests/results for some and how this all affects travel. They could allow cancellation closer to arrival date, others do. Poor follow up/communication from management.

Good kitchen facilities, good aircon, nice size balcony and facing the sea ! breakfast was quite which was nice. omelettes and poached eggs we’re fantastic! nice variety of breakfast but you pay extra for sausages and bacon. supermarkets, souvenir shops and food places literally next door! bus stop almost outside the hotel. staff were lovely, helpful and did a boardwalk, giving information! nice pool. get two sun loungers at the beach but not umbrella and still only two even with three of us in a room!

only getting two sun loungers for the beach despite having 3 people. Umbrella’s not included and had to pay $5/$10 !!! paying for sausages and bacon was a shame as just went without for our stay but assume it’s pricey to ship in.

This is a great choice for anyone on holiday or business. Great location, very helpful staff and almost everything you need to having a relaxing time is within walking distance.

The location was excellent-close to restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was good also and I like that it was included in the stay. The staff (especially Janice, Javan and Troy) were super friendly and helpful.

The bed was super uncomfortable (especially when staying for such long periods) and I would have liked a cleaner bathroom. The room was cleaned well but I feel like more attention needed to be paid to the bathroom and toilet.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Our stay went smoothly from start to finish. Our room size was perfect - spacious and clean. The pool area was clean and there was plenty of beds. I loved the location, so close to the beach and bars and restaurants and you could get a bus right outside.

The bathroom was a little outdated but that did not impact on our stay one little bit
