- the staff: smiling and ready to help - the receptionist was so wonderful- kept her calm with a client which complained about the TV channels - easy to reach - clean - possibility to have breakfast and dinner there - nice breakfast - bar, small corner with stuff for kids to play (to draw, play with cars etc) - great advertising spot with places to visit around Arlon and surroundings

- no pavement on the parking - I understand that now there are some works to extend the hotel, but still - pillows

A dog friendly hotel which proved ideal for our one night stopover. The hotel has been renovated recently and some ongoing work continues - it didn’t detract from our stay. The room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. We dined in - a very enjoyable meal. The breakfast selection was more than adequate. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and in the immediate vicinity.

Excellent sized room with air conditioning, which was a real advantage as the weather was extremely hot when we stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel was great, being quite close to the motorway and was set in its own grounds with a large garden, where you could sit and have drinks. The evening meal was really good and the included breakfast was the best we had had at any hotel on our road trip holiday through Germany, Austria and Italy.

The bath / shower, was a little awkward to use and the shower screen was too short and did not seal well against the bath, so that a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor. Other than that, the room was great and it even had an opening window overlooking the hotel garden.

Friendly staff. Complimentary water and coffee at the reception area and corridor. Good quality breakfast included. Possibility to have dinner at their restaurant. Bar for drinks. Enough seating area and play area for kids in the lobby. Free and enough parking. Near the highway. Dogs are welcome for 9€ per night. Good quality bed, thank you.

The receptionist was the nicest person ever, and the rooms were clean and modern.

The doors are a bit thin and there was a couple drunk at 2 am because of a wedding, but the reception told me to let them know next time. The breakfast didnt have almost vegan options (peanut butter, jams and fruit).

All staff at this hotel was super friendly. And dogfriendly too! We forgot one personal item and they are mailing it to us as we speak. The room was spaciously designed and it was very clean. No fridge though. Bathroom amenities were cute. Gym was more than sufficient and the restaurant was great for breakfast and we even had dinner twice there.

- easy to park - superwoman at the reception (blond hair, glasses) - she was more than helpful to our needs - possibility to dine in

- not really a bad thing, but not all rooms have showers, some they have a bath tube instead of a shower

the staff is very careful, the restaurant is a bit expensive but good, the breakfast is good with a discrete variety of products. Rooms are quite, clean and the space is enough. The location is quite far from the city center but a quite place, with an area outside with tables and a huge space for parking.

Hotel was fine and check in rapid. The initial room we were given had lots of mosquitos in the window behind the curtain but the room was changed immediately. Bed was extremely comfortable

Breakfast selection was fine but not as good as some places we have stayed in Belgium

All the staff were excellent, particularly the lady on reception the weekend of the 28th July

Location a little outside of town - requires a taxi or car to go to restaurants if not eating at the hotel.
