Great location next to the Sun Beach, first line with terrace on the roof. Incredible view from the sea view room - sunset side - you can meet it just in your room. Light grey interior, fit well to the view. Coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was full, delicious pancakes.

I would appreciate sleepers and bathrobe included. Also i can hear some sounds from other rooms and first line on the sea means load music in the beach club till 11pm

The staff was quite friendly and also quickly responsive (our arrival was later than the official check-in). The breakfast is quite rich and delicious (I'd only add some more vegetables). The room was clean and nice. The sweet moment is when you go out and immediately see the sea and the shore

Over the weekend, it was quite loud outside. If your sleep is sensitive, beware of it! Another critical topic is parking. If you travel by car, please make sure you have a place in the hotel parking. Otherwise, it's incredible pain to find a spot anywhere around. Guys say the parking is free during the night but they don't mention there are NO places free. I'd probably have cancelled the staying if I knew it would be such a pain to park a car. It's hard to do it any time of the day. The fee is around 2 euros per hour (it's free between 7 pm and 9 am)

Location was perfect, our family room sadly wasn’t sea facing. However, we still had a lovely view facing over the town roof tops, which was also very nice. Lovely Roof top area to sit and watch the sun set, and watch the world go by. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The price of the breakfast, was a bit steep in comparison to other places I’ve stayed. ( Albeit not Belgium, so can’t really use as a comparison )..

We were surprised at the value for money in this lovely beachfront hotel. We had a family room and were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff were able to put our room close to the friends we were traveling with. The rooms were very clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again.

+ We booked a family room with a cot and everything was set up as I requested, except that the room type was wrong. They gave us the wrong size family room but the receptionist was luckily able to move us to another room. He also moved the cot for us. He very kindly helped with our luggage upon check-out. + Breakfast buffet is good with good variety. + Location cannot be beaten. + Reception and breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful. + Room was clean and nicely decorated.

- The entrance to the parking and the parking spaces are very small, but it is still better than having to park in the street, esp. when it's peak holiday season. Big cars /SUVs won't fit into the parking spaces.

everything was fine. i was even thinking why the hotel has only 3 stars because it could be a 4 stars hotel actually.

the only thing i didn’t like was that the shower has no door and that the curtains still let the light come into the room at the morning. that’s not comfy if you want to sleep longer in the morning.

Room although small was excellent as was the bathroom - very comfortable and high standard bedding/fittings

A kettle for tea would have been nice instead of just a coffee machine!

The location was perfect, we travelled to the area for work but felt like we were on holiday. Would definitely book here again when we travel for work or if we were to actually holiday here. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

There was no element that we didn't like.

The view from 9th floor Seaview room was amazing. Hotel was very modern.,and car park underneath hotel was a big bonus

Could have been a better bar area in hotel .
